L'étage principal dispose de deux chambres avec vue sur l'océan qui sont parfaites pour profiter des sites, des sons et des odeurs de la plage. Une salle de bain partagée est accessible depuis les deux chambres - entièrement équipée avec un ensemble douche et baignoire, ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sécheuse superposées.
En descendant les escaliers, l'océan rencontre l'œil depuis les fenêtres du salon. Tous les repas peuvent être appréciés à la grande table à manger, située en face de l'une des grandes baies vitrées donnant sur la plage. Surveillez les loutres ou les dauphins, car ils visitent régulièrement la plage de la Place De Mer!

Pour plus de commodité, il y a une cuisine complète, avec un four à micro-ondes, un four à convection, une cuisinière / four et un lave-vaisselle. Un foyer au gaz, un lecteur CD / cassette et une baignoire se trouvent également à ce niveau.

Sortez sur le pont et profitez de la brise chaude de l'océan ou utilisez le barbecue à gaz pour profiter de votre dîner, en regardant le soleil se fondre sur l'eau et les vagues vous bercer de détente.

Le Clam Hut est également équipé d'une connexion Internet sans fil haut débit, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un lecteur DVD.

N'oubliez pas que de fabuleux magasins, la célèbre promenade de la plage à seulement 15 minutes en voiture au nord, la cave à vin Bargetto, l'aquarium de Monterey Bay et le marché aux poissons célèbre de Phil à 20 à 45 minutes en voiture au sud, Carmel, Long Marine Lab, parc à thème Bonfante Gardens à Gilroy ou Gizdich Ranch à Watsonville pour la cueillette de petits fruits avec les enfants et bien plus encore vous attendent, près du Clam Hut. Great view

My family and I enjoyed our stay by the beach. It was great barbequing on the balcony and watching the sunset. The view was spectacular, and we would come back again.

It’s a great location. Amazing view from the balcony. Love the fact that I could just walk out the door and the beach is right there.

We really enjoyed the place and the stay

absolutely right on the beach, uncrowded and peaceful. Occasional surfers and beach strollers and that's about it. The unit was perfect for us, both bedrooms front on the ocean, which is rare. Kitchen nicely equipped, overall very nice location and unit, I highly recommend.

Fun at the beach

We had a great time, enjoy the resort will return again next year. The pictures posted on the internet are a little misleading, you have to go down some stairs to get to the beach. I would recommend this location the clam hut to anyone

Fall Break Vacation

We took daughter and grandkids to the beach for their fall break from school in the Denver, CO area. We have stayed there before. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for 4 nights. Had a great time at the beach but wish we had direct access rather than using the community stairs.

Short getaway

We stayed there for a couple of days. Great views of the ocean. Clean and well appointed rooms. Oven didn't work though. Also not enough amenities.

Great place; smaller than the pictures let on…

Great location, although the photos make it seems like it’s closer to the beach (there’s quite a trek down a long flight of stairs to reach the beach). The place could have used a little more cleaning before we arrived, but it wasn’t terrible. The kitchen could use an update. Definitely a place to make memories in.

Beautiful beachfront place in quiet La Selva Beach.

Location is amazing for relaxing getaway in Monterey Bay. 15 min into Capitola or Watsonville. Windows look out on to the beach, and sunsets in the evening are jaw dropping. Check-in and -out process requires a trip into Capitola, which is fine but could really just be solved with a lockbox on the door of the place.

The listing is accurate for the townhouse. Great beach, with lots of sand dollars. Neighbors are a little inquisitive but overall friendly. My only concern, was with the large number of off leash dogs.

Clam review

We had a wonderful vacation here. Place was clean and maintained. Carpet should be replaced . People should be aware that there is no beach access from condo itself. There is a staircase and gate on each side. Ocean views were fantastic. Would definitely recommend this place.

Exterior Amazing

The view is amazing. We had a variety of weather and viewing whales everyday from the condo and beach. What a gift. The interior of the condo needs a great deal of improvement. We had the privilege of knowing the gentleman who owned the condo many, many years ago when we rented the condo next to his for over thirty years.

Excellent views! Great location!

Excellent location. Lovely views from both bedrooms and living room- incredible sunsets! Cozy and clean. Proximity to seascape and other locations in Aptos, Capitola and Santa Cruz is just awesome. We’ve now stayed in this very complex on 3 separate occasions and just love returning to it. The beach itself has great access from this complex and is relatively quiet (no too crowded). The only issue: toilet in downstairs bathroom kept running water - I kept fixing it by adjusting the chain on the flapper which would fix it - just a bit of a nuisance since the noise of the running water was disturbing.
