Welcome to our lovely new condo - 8th floor, in one of the most sought after condos in the old town. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo is located on the sands of Playa de los Muertos. - in the heart of the Zona Romantica. our unit includes stunning views of the beach and Banderas Bay views, air conditioning, wifi included, cable flat screen TV in the living room and also in one of the bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, high quality linens and towels, filtered water, in a concierge building, right in the heart of the most beautiful area in all of Puerto Vallarta. This is an elevator building, with a fabulous roof top swimming pool with stunning views.

This exceeded all expectations! Such a beautiful, clean space with views for days. Waking up in the morning to seeing the pristine Banderas Bay was everything. The staff were so accommodating and nice, and we were in the perfect location off the Malecon and near the old downtown. We had the best time and are so sad our time is already up. Can’t wait to come back and will definitely book here again. Thank you, Fran!!

Location, location, location

We couldn't have asked for a better location. We saw numerous whales & dolphins from the balcony.The condo was plenty big enough for the 3 of us. And it was well equipped. Fran the manager was the best!Wish we could have rented it next year, but it was all booked up.

Great location. Many good restaurants and shops close by. Great place to stay. Loved the roof top pool. Liked it was gated building with security. We saw so many whales fromour deck. It was our second time staying in this condo and hope to be back. Love it!

Perfect location

Stellar location in the middle of the teeming zona romantics with local flair, club scene as well as phenomenal restaurants and the ability to walk out the door along the beach walk. You have a view of the bay and can even hear the waves from the balcony. Authentic local decor while roomy, clean, well stocked kitchen and beautiful plants surrounding and in the condo. Secure building with doorman. Couldn’t find a better place in PV to stay.

Best place to stay!

We loved the place it is just beautiful and the location could not have been better. The condo is very clean and has all the amenities of being at home. Great roof top pool with stunning views of the water. Super nice host! We will be back again.

Great location!

We couldn't have been in a better location - right on the beach with a great view and easy walking distance to the River Market and all the great spots in the Romantic Zone. The roof pool was fantastic and warm, the neighbors were all very nice and the owner was a doll! You can't go wrong with this one!

Phenomenal, well-located glorious condo in Puerto Vallarta

The condo was large, airy, with comfortable beds, excellent shower, well-stocked for everything needed to cook. The view from the deck was extraordinary: you could hear the ocean waves and watch the sunsets from the deck. As perfect as the unit itself was, the location was even more incredible. You walk out the door of the building and you are steps away from the oceanside boardwalk. There are tons of restaurants, coffee shops, shops and vendors in every direction that you can walk. It is the heart of nightlife in Puerto Vallarta. In addition the building has great security 24/7 and a lovely rooftop pool that I used every day. This apartment exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I cannot recommend it enough.
