The Bear's Den is a true log cabin in the heart of Gatlinburg. Whether it be the cozy cabin decor or the beautiful mountain view, we think that you will love our mountain getaway. Only 3 miles from downtown, you will easily be able to enjoy all of the attractions! Or, stay in and enjoy the privacy next to the fireplace or in the brand new hot tub. In the summer time, the resort also offers two pools, one of which is walking distance from the property. There is also a nearby playground for the kids and pavilion for entertaining. We love our repeat guests and hope that you will make the Bear's Den your home away from home in the Smokies!

Wonderful stay. The cabin was so cozy and exactly as described. Close to downtown Gatlinburg for us to enjoy the attractions. Our kids loved the arcade machine. Would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was located in a beautiful, quiet, wooded area, felt very private and relaxing. It was well appointed, very comfortable and clean. The host was very helpful responding to questions. Loved seeing bears in the neighborhood too!

By far one of the best VRBO interactions we have ever had. The host went over and beyond to communicate quickly, help us get checked in conveniently and made sure we were taken care of and enjoyed our stay. There were so many little touches such as soaps and shampoos , even laundry detergent for starter loads as well as hot cocoa and coffees ready to go. A bear came up to our cabin and we were thrilled! This is how every VRBO host should be but unfortunately isn’t. Highly recommend! Thank you for everything

We had a great stay. We encountered a mama bear with her cub at the cabin. Really enjoyed setting on the balcony with the cool mornings and evenings.

Great weekend getaway

We had such a nice time in this cozy little cabin. We loved the hot tub, and the proximity to Gatlinburg. The beds were comfortable and the property was quiet, which was nice! We would certainly stay here again!

Very convenient place to stay for soccer tournaments

Our stay was very pleasant. The house is extremely clean. Very close (within 5 min.)to Rocky Top Sports World. Doesn’t take long to get to the cabin from main road, so not having to drive all the way up a mountain was a plus! The bedroom downstairs is only a full and not very comfortable. The upstairs bed was way better and bigger. Perfect for up to 4 people.

Weekend getaway

This place was perfect for our stay! A very cozy place close to Gatlinburg. Utilized the fireplace a lot along with the hot tub! The host was friendly and was quick to communicate! Would definitely stay here again.

Mountain retreat in Gatlinburg

My wife and I enjoyed a few days shopping and dining in and around Gatlinburg, but we really enjoyed the private seclusion and ammenities this cabin had to offer. I would love to come back to stay again!

Anniversary Get Away

Loved this lil place. Nice, quiet and cozy spot to decompress. The fireplace didn't work for us during our stay but the host was made aware and responded quickly. The cabin is equipped with basic necessities and the hot tub is a great feature. We definitely would stay here again. 5 days did not seem long enough!

Great cabin ! Very cosy and the hot tub on the deck is great. Property owners were very flexible and helpful! Situated close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge
