"DOWNTOWN BEAR CABIN" near downtown Gatlinburg!

This beautiful one level cabin is easy to get to and close to downtown! Accommodating 4 people (up to 6 with pull-out sofa-bed) with two master bedrooms with en-suite baths. There is a large kitchen with granite countertops and everything you need to cook meals or grab a quick snack as you head out for the days adventures.
The central living area includes a kitchen with bar seating open to the living room with a dining table and chairs. The living room has comfy furniture including a sleeper sofa.
Come back from your daily adventures in the evening to enjoy a soak in the hot tub and time on the large covered deck.

We had an excellent stay at Downtown Bear Cabin! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, making it easy to enjoy shops, restaurants, and attractions without dealing with heavy traffic.The cabin itself was cozy and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It felt private and peaceful while still being close to everything, which was the best of both worlds. Parking was easy, check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was great.We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay near downtown Gatlinburg!

I can’t say enough about this property!! Very clean! A view of the mountains, big porch with table and chairs for all our card games where we spent most of our time. We wished the hot tub was on the porch instead of the ground. We had bears which was exciting and once we saw them sniffing the hot tub we decided not to use it anymore. Overall we would stay here again!!

This was our second year staying at this cabin and we absolutely love it. We are already booked for next year too! The host is incredibly nice and the cabin is always clean and welcoming. The cabin has a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils and dinner ware for preparing meals if you don’t feel like going out. I highly recommend this cabin for your next Gatlinburg adventure!
