This charming historic Terre Haute home is the perfect place to gather and unwind with the family. It's 2700 square feet has been recently updated with your comfort in mind. With four bedrooms , two bathrooms, a spacious dining room and living room, plus a dedicated workspace, there is plenty of room for everyone.
Centrally located, you are close to ISU and Deming park. You are also only a 3 minute drive from the Terre Haute Casino Resort. Opening early 2024.

Kitchen: Fully stocked. It has a selection of coffee and tea provided. There is a Keurig coffee maker with a milk frother. Plus a 12 cup coffee pot. The kitchen also has a crockpot, blender, hand mixer and toaster.

Dining room: Enjoy a meal around the spacious custom-made cherry wood table. Or play a game of chess or checkers.

Living room: There is a large sectional sofa with a smart TV. All smart TV's include the Discovery+ family of channels. There is also a dedicated workspace with desk, chair and lamp.

Bedroom 1 downstairs: There is a queen size bed, and a smart TV with an adjoining bathroom that connects to bedroom 2.

Adjoining bathroom: Tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 2 downstairs: There is a queen size bed, and a smart TV with an adjoining bathroom.

Bedroom 3 upstairs: This is a spacious upstairs bedroom with two queen beds, and one twin bed.

Bedroom 4 upstairs: A cozy upstairs bedroom with one twin bed.

Second bathroom downstairs: There is a beautifully tiled, standup shower.

Kids play area: Upstairs there is a wonderful little open area with a few books and toys and a beanbag that kids will love.
