Relaxing and cozy farmhouse a few miles from the town of Hermann!

The Loutre Valley Farm has been a family farm for over 150 years. It continues to be an operating farm with row crops and cattle. It is located in the country just 10 miles from historic Hermann, Missouri. Our guesthouse is a private whole house rental. It has three bedrooms with double size beds and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Antique furnishings are throughout the house. Enjoy a peaceful weekend on the farm!

Amazing Stay

Jenna was an amazing host for us, made the check in and check out process a breeze. House was a beautiful farmhouse and the surrounding location really felt like home.

Fabulous Country Home

This is a beautiful, well - maintained farm home with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The host thoughtfully placed comfort items that made our stay very pleasant. It is a bit of a drive (15 minutes) to town with about 3 miles of rock road. We enjoyed the country charm! Highly recommend this property for price and location & the host was very responsive.

Peaceful farm house

Ten minutes from town but the Herman trolley will still pick you up for a little more than the usual price. Loved the peaceful atmosphere and enjoyed seeing the cows rushing for their dinner! Would stay here again!

Birthday get away

This farm home is really special. So well built and maintained and in the most luxurious country setting not far from Hermann Main Street. Lots of room for 4-8 guests. So quiet. Really clean and comfy and cozy. Jenna was also really helpful when we had to change our booking within the time allotted. Thank you very much for the perfect get away!

Home away from home

We stayed with another couple at this cute farmhouse for one night while we were in town for a wedding reception. We were able to relax and catch up which would have beenore difficult in a hotel setting. Communication was very good and the extra touches like water bottles and soda in the fridge were appreciated. SUN DROP!! WOOHOO

Farmhouse Getaway

An absolute gem in the Hermann wine country! The house was everything and more as described on the website. Country/farm setting, quiet (with the exception of the cows saying hello nearby - The kids loved the cows!) The house itself has that country home appeal with wooden floors that creak and decor to match the lifestyle. Updated exterior was very nice to see. We all absolutely loved this property!! Highly recommend!! Thank you to the homeowner, Jenna, for providing such a wonderful home!
