Bedrooms:
The main level has a King bedroom, the second level has a King ensuite bedroom along with a bunk bed in the loft area and, on the bottom floor is a Queen bedroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, nightstands and flat-screen smart TVs.

Bathrooms:
There are 3 bathrooms spread throughout the home to make it easy for guests on every level. Two bathrooms have a tub/shower combo. The mater en-suite has a large walk in shower.

There is a bathroom in the basement near the indoor pool, so you can change into your swimsuit and dip right in.

Kitchen & Living Room:
The family kitchen has all new appliances and plenty of counter space. The open-concept layout allows multiple guests to use the space without feeling cramped or crowded.

The refrigerator provide plenty of space to store your family’s groceries. Take advantage of the crock pot, toaster, blender, coffee maker and other appliances needed as well as a dishwasher.

The living room is designed to bring everyone together with comfortable couches in front of the flat-screen TV. The electric fireplace is a focal point of the room and adds a warm glow to the space on cool evenings. The living room is surrounded by windows and gets a lot of sunshine in the afternoons.

Pool/ Hot Tub:
We have a private indoor heated pool, the temperature is preset to a cool temperature and is not adjustable. To access the pool room, a code is required for safety reasons. The code will be provided to you prior to your stay in your check-in instructions.
This 7ft x 15ft pool is a favorite for everyone, with a depth of 3ft at the deep end. There is plenty of seating in the pool room. Step out onto the outdoor deck and have a more relaxing time in the hot tub.
Note: The pool is cleaned every Monday for your safety and enjoyment. If your stay falls on a Monday you do not have to be there. The pool company has their own door code access and typically comes mid afternoon.

Laundry:
Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are on the main floor.

Baby Gear:

Pets: We do allow up to two dogs up to 75 pounds for a fee. Under no circumstances are dogs allowed in the hot tub or pool. If evidence of animals in the pool or hot tub you will be charged $200 additional cleaning fee as pet hair gets in the filters and causes major issues.
