S'more Splashing provides a variety of room preferences, with all three bedrooms featuring king-sized beds.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.
-Pets are welcome but require an additional fee.
-No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.
-Street parking is not allowed.
-The minimum age for booking is 25 years.
-Smoky Cove community pool is available for use seasonally and operates from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Cabin is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The cabin was super clean and conveniently located to area attractions, restaurants, etc. We appreciated the contactless, smooth check-in process and helpful host communication including a number to text for any questions etc. Highly recommend for your next stay!

This was a nice place. Only problem was the pool was very cold to swim in and the hot tub was so dirty, we emptied it, cleaned it and restarted . If you are staying longer than a few days I would recommend packing more paper towel and toliet paper because you are only provided with 2 rolls of each. It was nice but between the alarms that go off every time you open a door by the pool (which I understand for safety) and the very hard parking for more than one car, it was good.

We appreciate your feedback and understand that it may not have been as comfortable as you had hoped during your stay. Each reservation includes a starter supply of essential items, such as toilet paper and paper towels, to help guests get settled upon arrival. For longer stays, guests are responsible for replenishing any additional supplies needed throughout their visit. We also appreciate your comments regarding the pool door alarms and parking. The alarms are an important safety feature for the pool area, and while we understand they can be disruptive, they are designed to help ensure guest safety. The place had a few issues, the main toilet handle was broken when we arrived but they came and fixed it the next day along with the fire alarm that kept going off. The pool door alarms had issues and would not quit going off after the door was shut. The pool had a bunch of millipedes in and around it. The deck was lacking chairs for guests so was unable to sit out there, 2 chairs for 10 guests. The hot tub was nice and clean and the house was clean. We enjoyed our stay overall.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was very clean, and exactly as advertised. We stayed with young kids the back deck was perfect for them to run. Will stay again in the future.

Great House

The house was clean and had exactly what was listed on the details. The pool and hot tub were great to have in the house and used daily. I would definitely go back to this property the next time we go to that area in Tennessee.

We had three days/nights in a row that the fire alarms went off at random times. One time they sent maintenance to check them out. The other time we asked for some reimbursement due to being woken up in the middle of the night multiple times/multiple days. No reply or maintenance came out. Pretty frustrating and inconvenient to be woken up at 12:20, 4:40 & 7am. Maintenance guy said it didn’t just happen to our cabin either. Wish they would acknowledge and accept responsibility for it interrupting our ‘relaxing’ vacation. Pool was to be 82 and the one time we went in, it was cold!

Spring break @ S’more Splashing

We enjoyed our 5 nights at S’more splashing. We very much liked the quietness of the neighborhood but yet quick drive into Pigeon Forge and easy access to the National Park. Our kids loved the pool & hot tub! We weren’t able to grill or have a campfire during our stay as there was a burn ban in the area. The cabin could benefit from adding a few kitchen items - larger cutting board, colander. It was disappointing that the Keurig coffee maker was not in the cabin when we arrived, as it was listed in the description. We had to make an extra trip to Kroger to get ground coffee. Overall, we would stay with Jackson Mountain rentals again.
