On Torch Lake!
Walk right out to your extra wide (180') and deep (700') wooded (2.3 acre) lot with plenty of privacy in this highly desired & quiet lakefront Torch Lake cottage. Now available for summer weekly rental. The home is modest in size but well laid out and sits very close to the shoreline. An expansive dock has a 16'x16' area at the end with a sectional sofa for relaxation and gatherings over the water. Two lightweight paddle boards and a kayak are available for guest use. You'll also find a hammock and two swings at each end of the property at the waterâs edge. A fully stocked kitchen and other high end comforts are available throughout the cottage.
This home was rented for 4 years with a local property management company with nothing but high praises. Although not rented last year (2023), we have decided to make 2 weeks available in 2024 and 2025.
