Grande maison familiale, parfaite pour recevoir / rassembler

Détendez-vous et profitez de plus de 3000 pieds carrés d'espace de vie avec une vue spectaculaire sur la campagne environnante. Cette maison est isolée (1/4 mile de la route) mais à seulement 2 miles du centre-ville de Bellaire. Il est à quelques minutes de Short's Brewery, Shanty Creek Resorts, Bellaire Lake et Torch Lake.

Grande grande salle ouverte est parfaite pour les rĂ©unions de famille. Une deuxiĂšme cuisine, un salon et une salle Ă  manger au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, plus une taniĂšre et un salon offrent beaucoup d'espace pour l'intimitĂ©, mĂȘme pour plusieurs familles. Vous adorerez la sensation ouverte et aĂ©rĂ©e et la dĂ©coration rustique. Beaucoup de pin noueux et planchers de bois franc.

Une vaste terrasse (prÚs de 1 000 pieds carrés) offre beaucoup d'espace pour les réceptions en plein air. Un grand gril au propane en acier inoxydable est disponible pour les grillades, ainsi qu'un foyer pour rÎtir les guimauves ou les hot-dogs.

Les sentiers de Glacial Hills sont littéralement juste derriÚre la porte arriÚre; aucun trajet nécessaire pour découvrir ce fabuleux réseau de sentiers.

House was wonderful and felt warm and cozy despite sleeping so many! The host was great and the home had everything you could ever need or want for a stay. We stayed over New Year's week during a snow storm and loved having the house decorated for the holidays. We felt like we were at a friends home, not a rental. The driveway was plowed and ready for us when we arrived and throughout our stay. You definitely need AWD or 4WD to get up in the winter! The view is beautiful. Shanty Creek is a short drive away and Bellaire is just down the road - super convenient location. We especially enjoyed having the Glacier Hills Trails right around the corner for snow-shoeing. Can't wait to stay again!

Excellent family spot

Excellent house for our family - 7 adults, 7 kids & a dog. Kitchen is very well equipped. Washer & dryer were a great help. Beautiful hill-top location, very roomy deck and easy access to Glacial Hills Trails. Owners are very friendly and always responded promptly to our questions.

Perfect place for a large group

Everything described is accurate. Place has an everything you would need for a large group. Fully stocked with kitchen appliances and games to keep everyone occupied and the deck is great. Open space made it feel like we weren’t on top of each other. This place is a great value.

Fall Trip

This is a great property, with great hosts. The location is perfect. Very close to town (Bellaire), but very secluded at the same time. This is our second year there, and we could not be happier with this great VRBO listing.

This was the second year we have stayed at this house. It is great for our large family of 16. We love that it’s private and has lots of outdoor space for the kids. Grandkids went on a bear hunt and scavenger hunt on the trails in the surrounding woods, and played a nightly wiffle ball games in the front yard. Games in the garage were a hit too with an ongoing popashot basketball competition that lasted the whole week. Owner keeps it well stocked with grocery items as well as dishes, cooking utensils and lots of towels and blankets.

Fantastic Place and Location

Had an absolute blast staying here with extended family and friends. There was everything we could possibly need at the house. It was very clean when we arrived. The mountain bike/hiking trails are such a great feature; thoroughly enjoyed being able to just jump on a bike whenever and enjoy the trails.

Family gathering

Excellent property. We have stayed at this location several times & it has always been perfect! Multiple generations staying together while visiting other relatives in the area. We love being able to prepare meals here for all of us to enjoy. We plan on staying here again.

Amazing view !

We really enjoyed all experience, this place has everything to have a great time. My husband and his friend enjoyed the cycling trail of Glacial Park that is just behind of the house.

Bellaire Stay

We had a good stay at this home. I apologized to the owner for the damages and we truly did not mean to cause this much of a mess for him as he was a great host. I didn't know of some of these damages that occurred and we are happy to accommodate whatever needs to be done payment wise.

We enjoy traveling, entertaining, and of course, playing with our grandson! We spend our summers in a fifth-wheel camper on our property.

We moved to Bellaire from Grand Rapids 30 years ago. We just love the little village of Bellaire. It's great for outdoor activities, like golfing, skiing, snowshoeing, biking, hiking, swimming, boating, etc, but there are also lots of great places to eat and several recreational opportunities, like the bowling alley/laser maze/arcade, and the movie theater. For its size, there's a ton to do! And if you're into craft beverages, you'll find them in abundance with Short's Brewery, BeeWell Mead and Cider, Torch Lake Cellars, and Mammoth Distilling.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We designed this house to take advantage of the amazing views. The driveway isn't for the faint of heart, but it's a small price to pay for the breathtaking sunrises in the morning. It's a true, Up-North home with lots of knotty pine, hardwood floors, and tile. There are no neighbors, except for the abundant wildlife.
