Newly renovated and two blocks from the beach.

PRIME Summer dates still available on the GOLDCOAST! Our newly renovated 2nd floor beach home on 22nd and Asbury is located two short blocks to the beach and boardwalk. One half block walk to breakfast at Uncle Bill's, Nauti donuts, convenient shopping at Blitz's market or ice cream at Aunt Betty's. If you prefer, enjoy a home cooked breakfast using our fully stocked kitchen and enjoy on the front porch.

Our home is updated with all new furniture and stainless steel appliances. Each bedroom has its own large screen smart TV with WIFI. Log in with your own personal streaming account. One bedroom has an Xbox.

To make your stay at the beach more enjoyable, we include 6 beach tags, chairs and bikes!! There is no reason to drive the car once you get here.

As is typical with most OC beach homes, linens are NOT included. Pillows and comforters are provided.

Please no senior week requests.

Great getaway at the beach

Great stay in ocean city. We stayed for a long weekend in May. The rental had very up to date furnishings, appliances, and decor. There was plenty of room for my children and their friends. It is a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. This location was very convenient for walks and bike rides on the boardwalk, which you can ride on all the way to the amusement section of the boardwalk. The TV’s in the unit were also exceptional and great for watching movies at night. The owner was easy to deal with and responsive. I would stay again and also recommend to friends. 5 stars!

New favorite beach house!

This beautiful place was my absolute favorite beach rental—and I’ve rented quite a few! I reeeally love the outside spaces at beach homes and the front porch here is divine. I really appreciated how comfortable all of the porch seating was. It makes a big difference! The location was perfect, easy walk to the beach and only a 4min drive to the bay for putting in my paddleboard. I didn’t even use the basement ping pong area but it looked amazing! There’s just so much space and so many thoughtful amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, too. I didn’t want to leave! Would absolutely love to rent this place again!
