Just outside Austin, high on a hill, in a cozy cul-de-sac, your sweet retreat awaits! On a private half-acre hill, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath plus "jam room" and is just 20 minutes from downtown ATX! In the huge backyard the stars at night ARE big and bright!!!! The skies are clear for moon gazing while you enjoy a bon fire. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the front porch and deck or the second story deck off the main bedroom. All bedrooms plus "jam room" are upstairs with 2 full baths. Half-bath is downstairs off the entry-way and living room. The main bedroom has a King Bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom sleeps two on a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom will sleep two on a full-sized bed. We also provided a Twin XL air mattress in the "jam room," along with a very large, comfortable sectional that includes three recliners. Ideally, we have comfortable sleeping arrangements for 6 people, with max capacity of 8-10. Great home base for SXSW, Austin City Limits (ACL), UT Longhorns football, F1, and all this great city has to offer! There are 3 Security cameras outdoors only. Large and private back yard!
