We would love to share a few highlights with you, especially in the hamlet of Wanakena:

A Little About Us Erin Bowman Park and Rachel Bullene Graham are longtime friends from Rochester, NY. During the summers, Rachelâs family graciously invited Erin to her camp on Cranberry Lake and the rest is history. When the opportunity came up for Rachel, Erin and their husbands to purchase the camp next door, we embraced it. We hope our friends, family and guests love it as much as we do. Rachel and Travis live locally in the hamlet of Wanakena (very close to Cranberry Lake). Erin and Jim live in Rochester, NY when they are not in the Adirondacks. Between Jimâs love of fishing and birding and Rachel and Travisâ knowledge of the area, you are in good hands.
We went for a short getaway with our 4 year old daughter and this place is perfect. The house itself was really comfortable, clean, and Everything we needed was right there and easy to find.
We had a great time. The cabin was very clean and updated. They supplied you with everything you could possibly need. The kids loved it especially the bunk beds.
Great location and place to stay! Our group enjoyed the local fishing spots and the comfort of this perfect cottage on Cranberry Lake! All the emmenites of home with a beautiful view. A great option if your group can't "rough it" it anymore but still want to unwind in the wilderness. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
This is a very nice place to stay with family. The cottage is very clean; the hosts are friendly and answered my all questions quickly. The location is perfect for all ages, even my 100-year-old father-in-law was able to access the cottage with a walker and assistance. I definitely will book this property again.
Fantastic location, steps away from Notre Dame, Metro/RER and restaurants and bars. While it is situated on a side street, it can be a little noisy if the windows are open. Well equipped and you canât beat the location if you want to stay in the Latin Quarter.
The cabin was perfect for our family. The way it was set up provided space for all ages. The short path to the lake was kept well maintained. We will continue to visit each year. Our hosts were excellent and got back to us quickly if we had any questions or needs.
We had an amazing weekend. The cottage was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with all the needs, its large enough to easily accommodate all 8 of us. The neighbor Bill shared some of his experiences with the property and the lake, a pleasure to talk too.
Erin & Rachel's house was so adorable, clean, and cozy... and the lake with stunning views! There is a playground with basketball and tennis courts right around the corner a very short drive away. Tupper Lake and The Wild Center were a hit and an easy 30 minute drive from the house. We loved our time in Cranberry Lake and hope to return in the summer.
We decided to get away for a long weekend with our 3 kids and decided on staying here because on location with access to the lake. The house was newly renovated and all appliances and grill were brand new. Great location with kayaks and canoe to launch off the dock. Owner was available with any questions or concerns via text. Great place
This house was a great place for unwinding, getting away from it all! Everything was brand new, newly remodeled. Beds were very comfortable and the babbling brook next to the house was awsome....with the window open, it lulled you to sleep! Great view of the lake. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. I definitely recommend this property.
Lovely cabin on the lake. Beds were very comfortable, nice kitchen would recommend adding a few kitchen. Utensils couldnât find a peeler nor serving dishes. A few storage containers for leftovers would help as well. Last would recommend a mirror in the upstairs bedroom and a place to hang some clothes. Love this place and hope to come back to it. We are there late September, midweek and it was very quiet. We were the only boat on the lake and the fall foliage was stunning .
The house was very clean. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. We fished off the dock and caught sunfish, smallmouth bass, and catfish. We did use the canoe provided, but did not have time to try out the kayaks. The communication with the owner was excellent. They provided a lot of information about the area before we got there. Check in was very easy. My Wife and I would love to stay here again.
Marvelous spot. The house was perfect for our group, and the spot on the lake was great. The weather was very good the week of our September visited, so we were able to boat every day. A good time was had by all!
