Our huge 4 bedroom townhome is a great home base for any group! We have a two car garage, many sleeping options and plenty of hangout areas for you to all be together. Walk to 12th South, The Gulch &Edgehill Village or take a five minute Uber to Broadway!
* We have multiple townhomes very close if you have a larger group &need more space.
* We work with a local Nashville Recording Artist who will come play a private acoustic set at the townhome for 2hrs for an additional fee.

1st level
2 car garage- (There is a small amount of rear street parking)
Bedroom #1- King size bed with Tv
* En-suite Full Bath with walk in shower and walk in closet.

2nd level
Kitchen with 2 coffee makers. One drip and one Keurig Machine. Dining table seats 6 and the island seats 4.
Living room - Queen size pull out and twin cot. The internet modem is in the living room behind the tv.
*half bath
Bedroom #2- Qty-1 Full size bunk bed (two beds total. Attached, small, outdoor patio with 2 chairs. No dresser, walk in closet, or TV in this bedroom.
*Twin size cot in the hall closet.

3rd floor
Bedroom #3 - 2 Queen size beds, TV, and 2 Twin size cots in the closet.
*Ensuite Full Bath featuring walk in shower, soaking tub, and walk in closet.
Bedroom #4- King size bed, TV.
*Ensuite Full bath with walk in shower, and walk in closet.
Washer and dryer are on the 3rd floor

Rooftop is on the 4th floor

We have a keyless locking system. You will gain access to the home via a house code that we create specifically for you. That code will be sent to you with your check in instructions a few weeks prior to your arrival and you may share that code with your group if you wish. YOU WON`T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SHARING OR LOSING A KEY! :)

We are always available, but will not be at the property unless needed.

Located right between 12th South and the Gulch, called Edgehill. 5 minutes to 12th and Gulch and only 7 minutes to Downtown!
Perfect location to all the hot spots in and around the city!

You are welcome to bring a car and use our garage (or rear street parking) but if you prefer not to drive-Uber/Lyft are always available 24Hrs and are typically less than a five minute wait. The garage will fit 2 small cars but may not fit long trucks/suvs

To keep the property comfy and enjoyable for everyone, here are a few quick guidelines:

Oops moments happen! If there’s any vomit or urine that needs extra cleaning (including towels or bedding), there’s a minimum $150 cleaning fee.

No smoking indoors 🚭: To keep the space fresh for all guests, any smoking inside the property will incur a minimum $150 fee.

Treat the space with care 🏡: Any damage to items or the home itself may result in additional charges.

We also recommend checking out travel insurance for extra peace of mind, as we’re unable to offer refunds outside our established policy.

1 cleaning sponge

1 travel-size bar soap and shampoo

Heads-up: Being in the city means you might hear some fun city sounds like trains, buses, cars, and general street vibes—it’s all part of the Nashville experience! 🎸
