Cascade Lodge u31 - Short Walk to Main Street!

Situated on the site of the historic and prestigious Lake Placid Club, the townhomes of the Lake Placid Club Lodges are centrally located in the Village of Lake Placid, New York. Minutes away from Whiteface Mountain and in close proximity to the 46 High Peaks of the Adirondack region, the property offers guests to enjoy the best of the villages activities, all within walking distance to shopping and many restaurants located on main street. The property boasts panoramic views of the mountains.

With 1800 square feet, plenty of room for guests to sprawl out comfortably. There is a private patio off the main living room, and a deck off the loft area to enjoy outdoor living from both levels in the units. 55" plasma TV's, full cable and wifi.

Each unit has it's own private entrance into the unit from the parking area. Unit features a private patio from the living room, and a private deck from the loft area. Deck and patio chairs are provided.

The location of the Lake Placid Club Lodges are within walking distance to the Olympic Arena, skating oval and numerous restaurants and shopping on main street.

The convenience of the club's location, offers visitors walking distance the Lake Placid village main street. Starting at the Olympic Arena, and Convention center, speed skating oval, there are numerous ethnic restaurant's and shopping from unique Adirondack keepsakes to outdoor outfitters are all within minutes from the lodges location. The ski center is a 9 mile commute, ski shuttle bus to the mountain stops on Mirror Lake Drive, walking distance from the units, and operates daily.

Really enjoyed staying at this property. House was clean, great location within walking distance to everything. Great view of the mountains from the back. Wound definitely stay there again!

Thank you Chad for your reference. This is a great property, walking distance to the village main street with all the amenities of the village Olympic venues, main street shopping and restaurants, water sports including kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding-golfing and all with mountain views.

Lovely condos by the heart of Lake Placid

Although we didn’t end up in unit 31, our stay at the Lake Placid Lodge condos was very nice. The distance to town walkable and the beach is also a short walk away. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location, staff and clean

The place was phenomenal location, clean and staff was efficient and prompt with requests. Only drawback I would say is the upstairs bedrooms were warm. Need ceiling fans or better circulation for hotter nights; the a/c doesn’t seem to get up there as well. Fabulous location and walking distance to lake and Main Street!

Winter wonderland and relaxation escape.

The property has everything you need and fit our family of five. With working fireplace! The Jacuzzi tub and sauna were a bonus to create that extra relaxation and escape. The location was near the Olympic oval to allow walking access to many winter events in Lake Placid (and bar/restaurants). Just remember to pack your own blow dryer. Check out MUST be 11:00 (the association tried pushing us out at 10:00 AM after being there for six nights-It was very unfair but the VRBO owner has it correct at 11:00). Hanging in the townhouse was a lot of fun just itself! We hope to come back!!

Great location for visiting Lake Placid

The condo was nicely situated on a golf course with mountain views. It was quite spacious and well provisioned. Best of all, it was in walking distance to Mirror Lake beach and downtown Lake Placid restaurants and shops.

We only had hot water on our last day. Maintenance was responsive but problem persisted for another day. We have not been contacted yet about a partial refund. Otherwise this is a well cared for property.

Allison: The maintenance person had just replaced the hot water tank the week you arrived. The thermostat was not turned high enough. Once you called regarding the issue, maintenance turned the heat up on the tank. The office never heard another word from you? Sorry for the inconvenience. The matter was delt with immediately.
