Graduation Trip

We stayed here for my son’s college graduation. There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room. We were steps away from the ocean and had amazing views of the sunrise every morning! The only issue we had was a clogged toilet which they fixed immediately! Excellent communication with the management company! Would definitely stay there again!

This listing is completely untrue. The location is fine but the kitchen and bath remodel is not accurate. Holes under the sink, pieces missing from the appliances, peeling paint in all rooms and unsafe decks. Some unusable. Kitchen is so poorly stocked it’s had to cook a meal and not all linens are included as stated.
Soffits are rotten and falling down, deck above is unusable

Overall wonderful

Property is perfect. . If you want a hot shower in the upstairs, though, you would be out of luck. Lukewarm at BEST! Outside shower is great for rinsing off… would be AWESOME if it was enclosed to take a complete shower. The sun warms the hose water so TGAT is a nice warm water source! 🤣 Kitchen is stocked well for pots/pans, etc. no spices were there though as we normally find when we rent places on the ocean. I’ve never seen a kitchen with so many Tupperware container tops and so few bottoms. I would definitely bring food storage containers if you plan on cooking in the kitchen. It is a beautiful, beautiful home, location is amazing. those few things can be dealt with if you know ahead of time.

Beautiful spot but bad A/C

Overall the house was great and the proximity to the beach was excellent BUT the air conditioning is a big problem. We noticed that the kitchen, dining and living room were significantly hotter compared to the bedrooms. We looked and there are no A/C vents in the living area! We called for help and they sent someone out to try but short of installing vents in those areas this problem will never go away. (It was always 80 degrees or more.) So heads-up: Unless you are in the bedrooms, then you will be hot!

Great stay with family and friends with quick access to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had three teenage girls and 6 adults staying very comfortably. The house was clean and well equipped with kitchen necessities and plenty of bath towels for the bathrooms. There was only one dish towel in the kitchen so another one of those would have been nice but that’s not a big deal. We were able to walk out to the beach easily. It was nice that there were boogie boards, sand toys and beach chairs available. We don’t really have complaints. The upstairs fan would not turn on. I was able to message property management about it. They responded with suggestions on what the issue might be but the issue was never resolved. There were plenty of box fans though and the AC in the house worked well enough with those fans to keep it very comfortable upstairs. A storm came through and knocked out power to all the outlets using 240 volts. When we called the property management about that they were quick to get the electricians out to fix it. So, the more important issue that occurred during our stay was taken care of and we appreciate that. We would most definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone and we would stay there again.
