Spacious one bedroom located in the heart of downtown Baraboo, WI. This unique unit is on the ground level with a private entrance and is conveniently located 15 minutes from Wisconsin Dells. A great place for a weekend away with friends or family! Elevator to access the basement gym and on site washer and dryer.
The Space:
Indulge in the comfort of our newly adorned one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment unit. This stylish space includes a fully stocked kitchen and a spacious living room with a Smart TV. The living room offers a sleeper sofa and a sleeper chair with additional bedding conveniently tucked away in the wicker basket.
Guest Access:
You will enter the unit through the private entry door located on the lefthand side of the building off Broadway Street. This unit features a smart lock and an individual door code will be sent to you one day before your check-in date. This code will be active during your entire stay.
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood boasts a myriad of highlights that contribute to its unique appeal: Statz Park is right in the backyard while Riverwalk Park is within walking distance. There are many great restaurants close to the property including Broadway Diner, Baraboo Burger Company, Gem City Saloon & Eatery, and Driftless Glen Distillery. Baraboo also has a handful of grocery stores including Aldi, Festival Foods, and Pierce's.
Getting Around:
Baraboo offers many modes of transportation to get around and explore including Uber, Lyft, and Baraboo Taxi Service. There is a parking lot in the back of the building where one vehicle is permitted to park in any spot. Additional parking includes free street parking.
Other Things to Note:
If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.
Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.
