Great place to stay for it's quiet location. The pool was wonderful. The hosts were friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. I would only add that it was 3 minutes from the beach "by car".

Beautiful spot

We had a wonderful time all over the island. It was nice to stay on the east side for a change and spend time at Kailua and Waimanalo Beaches. Terrie is easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return one day.

Hawaiian Heaven!

Great spot that was perfect for us to get away from the kids! Terrie was very helpful and friendly. We mostly had the property outside to ourselves during our time there. We especially enjoyed the dock. We hope to be back!

Relaxing Kailua Getaway

Perfect relaxing getaway on a quiet street close to Kailua town and the beach. Studio was equipped with everything needed including a kitchenette to eat in and a spacious refrigerator. Perfect backyard to relax by the pool and canal while taking in the mountain view.

Kailua guesthouse

Nice studio guesthouse attached to hosts house. Check in was easy. Beautiful backyard and pool. We really enjoyed sitting on the floating dock on the canal. Very quiet and peaceful. A short drive to beautiful Kailua Beach. Stores and restaurants nearby. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming.

Location is perfect

We really enjoyed the location of this property in the Kailua area, and the apartment situated within a quiet neighbourhood. It was an oasis to come back to each day after our hike, garden visit or beach activity. We were within 5-30 minutes from everything that we wanted to do on this side of the island. The beautiful grounds, pool and canal were just a step outside of our studio and we had complete privacy as we ate our meals and relaxed.

Calm neighbourhood and cool Ponton

nice calm neighbourhood, the beach and shops are appr. 10 minutes, Honolulu 30 Minutes away by car. Pool, BBQ and Ponton is available for use. The tenant on site is very friendly. Washing machine and dryer are also available. It is self check in, wifi was fast and reliable.

Homey and comfortable old Hawaiian-style studio. Small in size one room attached to a house. Somewhat outdated features in shower. Friendly host. Good parking. Safe neighborhood. Close to everything in Kailua.

Thank you for your four star review. The shower is designed for handicap accessibility as well as regular use. The studio has two double beds, standard couch, two chairs, two dressers, coffee, table, and end table in living room. Next kitchenette section has breakfast table one chair and wall-to-wall closet, standard refrigerator, large open space. Bathroom is larger than most with large walk-in shower. This studio opens up to lanai for studio attached to 870 ft.² of more lanai, space, large pool area, and grass lawn more than 1000 feet. So it’s actually larger than a regular studio. And yes, it is a wonderful place. Quiet with beautiful view. Come again.🌺

Peaceful and Quiet Retreat in Kailua!We recently enjoyed an awesome stay at this beautiful home in Kailua! From the breathtaking views to the warm atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations.The one-room unit was perfect, featuring a great kitchen, a nice bathroom, and comfortable beds that made our stay truly enjoyable. We loved spending time on the outdoor patio by the pool in the evening. Kailua Beach was just a short drive away, allowing us to soak up the sun and stunning sunsets.An unexpected bonus was the dock on the canal, where we made friends with some local birds! James, our host, was fantastic—helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed.Overall, our stay was amazing and we left with wonderful memories. I highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a beautiful getaway in Kailua!

Beyond expectations!

Tranquil property with expansive outdoor space including refreshing sparkling clean pool, tropical garden, and with comfortable outdoor furniture on the patio and on the floating dock on the canal. Absolutely exceptional friendly hosts that welcomed us to their outstanding home, and also gave us privacy as if we were the only ones there. Peaceful quiet neighborhood location, close to bus line, restauarants, bike rentals and the best beaches. The large studio was fully equipped with everything, comfy couch & tv, and perfectly firm beds that gave us the best sleeping possible. Super clean interior with plenty of towels and the bonus on site laundry that made our 9 night stay possible with just a carry on bag. Check in and directions clear and easy to follow. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. We feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to stay there.

Today my family on Maui owns the Coca Cola (Maui Soda Works) Company and make the best ice cream ever (Rosalani). We also make nice MUSIC🎶🎶. Come join the fun🤙🏼
