This was our second time at this property, though a different unit. The property is always clean and well appointed. They leave you with soap, tissue, coffee, and laundry detergent to get you started - which is actually plenty for a few days. Our favorite thing though is the location. Tons of boutiques, bars, casual eats, and upscale restaurants nearby. The College of Charleston is also walking distance. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Great 1 bedroom apartment in perfect location. The parking spot was extremely helpful and convenient to the entrance of the apartment. I was alone, but had plenty of space to do my citadel cadet’s laundry and cook for our tailgate. I love the charm of old homes and the noise from neighbors upstairs wasn’t a problem at all. Absolutely would stay here again.

Everything was great and we really enjoyed the stay. The only negative is that you hear every step or conversations from people staying above you which can be a bit frustrating in the middle of the night when you’re trying to sleep. The place itself and communication with the host were all great though and I would still recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston for its location and charm.

Perfect location
My husband and I came to Charleston to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The location was so convenient, within walking distance to many restaurants and places of interest. It was so clean and decorated very well too. My only complaint would be the noise from the people staying above us. With it being an older house and wooden floors, we could hear every footstep they made. Luckily they didn’t arrive until halfway through our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
