Belle et confortable maison de campagne donnant sur Orvieto

Il s'agit de la maison d'hÎtes d'une belle maison de campagne située au milieu d'un vaste domaine de vignes et d'oliviers, surplombant la ville antique d'Orvieto. De là, vous pouvez facilement rejoindre, en train ou en voiture, de nombreuses villes importantes comme Rome, Florence, Sienne, Pérouse, Viterbe et bien d'autres. Le lac de Bolsena, à 9 km, offre de belles plages et des sports nautiques.
La maison est sur deux niveaux: au rez-de-chaussĂ©e il y a un beau sĂ©jour avec poĂȘle Ă  granulĂ©s, une chambre parentale, une salle de bain avec douche et un studio ou deuxiĂšme chambre avec un ou deux lits.
Au deuxiÚme étage, il y a une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, une salle de bain avec douche et une terrasse avec pergola pour manger en plein air avec vue sur Orvieto. Un grand jardin entoure la maison.
Piscine de 18x8 mĂštres Ă  partager avec une autre maison Ă  500 mĂštres.

Simonetta was delightful and explained everything very well. When we needed her she responded quickly. The little house is adorable and had everything we needed. The view- Fantastic!! A lovely patio and chairs to sit on as we sipped the wonderful wine from her vineyard and enjoyed the view. We also enjoyed meeting her son who runs the wine shop and helped us decide with our tastings. Orvieto is an ancient city not to be missed.

Our host, Simonetta, greeted us upon aarrival. She is most kind and responsive to any questions. This property iis in a vineyard central to all the towns in Umbria and Tuscany. Her guest house is a rebuilt building and is beautiful. We felt blessed to stay there

Ein gemĂŒtliches Ferienhaus, in dem alles vorhanden ist, um sich wohl zu fĂŒhlen. Hervorzuheben ist der grandiose Blick auf Orvieto. Auf verschiedenen Gartenmöbeln sitzend kann man den Blick genießen. GewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig ist die schmale Wendeltreppe, um zwischen KĂŒche und Wohnbereich zu wechseln. FĂŒr angenehme WĂ€rme sorgte am Abend ein mit Pellets beheizbarer Kaminofen.

My wife and I had a wonderful and peaceful stay. Surrounded by grapevines and a majestic view of Orvieto! We also had fun doing the cooking class in which we made pasta and cookies. Sampled the vineyards amazing wine while we ate our meal from the cooking class.

Entspannte Zeit an einem besonderen Ort

Freundlicher Empfang, beste Lage mit einem traumhaften Blick auf Orvieto. Ausstattung war perfekt und es war alles sehr sauber. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen, wunderschönes Weingut nahe genug an interessanten Orten wie Orvieto, Pitigliano
Wir konnten eine informative Weinprobe erleben. Es war ein wunderschöner besonderer Urlaub. Das Haus il2 können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank fĂŒr die eindrucksvolle Zeit.

Umbria Gem

My wife and I rented this quiet little bungalow for a week where we took day trips to hilltop towns. The place was immaculate and the setting was post card worthy. While spacious for 2 people, 4 travelers might feel a bit cramped, but would certainly be manageable for a weekend stay. Orvieto is only a few minutes away by car, so having an evening in town for dinner is certainly manageable once you learn the layout as where to park near town.

Stunning

This place is amazing. The views are even better than the photos show. Everything was clean and cozy, the kitchen was supplied with appropriate dishes, etc. Simonetta was lovely to deal with. The added bonus was a friendly dog (Pepe) and cat (sadly, with no name). Would definitely stay there again!

Perfekte fĂŒrs Chillen, Genießen und fĂŒr viel Kultur

Das Haus ist ein ganz wunderbares Kleinod auf dem weitlĂ€ufigen GelĂ€nde eines Weinguts, vollkommen abgeschirmt, ĂŒberaus ruhig, voll ausgestattet und mit einem unschlagbaren Blick auf Orvieto. Ein Auto ist notwendig, aber das benötigt Ihr eh, um zB nach Perugia oder Assisi zu fahren. Der Besitzer des Weingutes bietet auch ein sehr nettes Wein Tasting an, der Wein ist lecker und bezahlbar. Unbedingt empfehlenswert, wir hatten großartige Tage.

Great Winery Escape

My wife and I came to Italy from a big city in the US. Weve realized when we vacation we want peace and tranquility and feel like we're one of the few people left on earth. This place was just what we needed, but our host was right there if we needed anything. Don't sleep on Orvieto either - the churches are beautiful, there's the amazing underground tours, and some of the best (while still being the cheapest?) food we had during our two week stop.

What a lovely experience!

We loved the cottage in this lovely vineyard. It was in an amazing location with gorgeous views, easy access to Orvieto, immaculately clean, and very well appointed for dinners at home, or just relaxing in a peaceful setting. To top it off, Simonetta and her dog Pepe are lovely hosts.

Ein wunderschöner, inspirierender, geschichtstrÀchtiger Ort

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt auf diesem traumhaften Landgut sehr genossen und die Gastfreundschaft der Besitzer sehr geschĂ€tzt. Unser stilvoll eingerichtetes, sehr ruhiges Quartier mitten in der Natur mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf das imposant auf einem Felsen thronende Orvieto und seine Umgebung ließ keine WĂŒnsche offen. Die ausgedehnten SpaziergĂ€nge auf dem Landgut, eine herrliche Weinverkostung mit Besichtigung der alten, aus etruskischer Zeit stammenden Weinkeller der Familie, bleiben uns neben zahlreichen anderen kulinarischen GenĂŒssen und Zeitreisen in verschiedene StĂ€dte der Umgebung (Orvieto, Assisi, Todi, Bolsena etc.) in bester Erinnerung. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein nĂ€chstes Mal.

Pretty house in beautiful Orvieto

The house is very nice and in beautiful position looking across the countryside with views towards Orvieto and the Cathedral, which is easily reached via the funiculare railway, there is much to do in the town with lovely shops and cafes. It would have been nice after a long journey to have had some milk in fridge, we were visited by a lovely old dog and a little cat everyday, both being animal lovers, we enjoyed this. Unfortunately the mosquitos and other biting insects were not so welcome! The pool is lovely and although not far it is a shame that it is not close to house. mosquitos and other biting insects.

Pretty property in a great location

This very well equipped and comfortable property was in a very quiet location with magnificent views. Just 10 minutes drive from the centre of beautiful Orvieto, everything we needed was provided with space and peace to truly relax both inside and in the lovely private outside space. Simonetta, our host, was very welcoming and helpful, and available should we have needed anything. Although we didn't use it ourselves, there was a private swimming pool available on the owners property just a short distance away. There is much to do and see within quite a short distance and Orvieto itself is a fascinating place. The Orvieto Card which gave entry to a number of historic buildings and museums was definitely worth buying. And the Duomo was truly beautiful! This was the first time we have stayed in Umbria and the combination of lovely countryside and wonderful villages and towns to explore made it a really good holiday destination. We couldn't fault anything.

Appaisant!

Jolie petite maison dans un domaine d'oliviers de vignes : paradisiaque! Il ne manque rien Ă  la maison, la piscine et la vue sont au top. L'acceuil et le service parfait le tout dans une campagne magnifique. Il y a de quoi passer des excellentes vacances. Merci Simonetta.

A really nice and calm place

We where a family with our 5 year old daughter and we love the Il 2 
 Simonetta are so nice it was clean and the house in 2 floors are great. Well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms and and great pool 20 meters times 10 and a beautiful area. We enjoyed the terrace for dinner and wee the sunset go down over Orvieto. Totally a place to come back to. Fredrik, Vibeke and Lucca

Just Perfect!-The real Italian life

When I first saw this listing, and all of the previous reviews were a perfect 10, i had two thoughts: Either the place is perfect, or the reviews have been "fixed". Its perfect! Small "out-building" on a working vineyard, just far enough from town. The space is on the smaller side, but set up in a modern decor so everything works. 2 good bathrooms, great washing machine, outside space for dining and cocktail hour, peaceful pool, and the best view imaginable. The winery tour and the cooking lesson/lunch are not to be missed. The property has a cat and 2 dogs who visit occasionally. very friendly! When I return to Orvieto, i will not need to scroll through all the property listings. I will just book this place again. A unique gem!
