Our two-bedroom townhome with mountain views of Hunter Mountain is available all year round, to enjoy skiing, hiking, swimming and relaxing. The beautiful views of the mountain from the porch make this rental convenient and desirable. The home is located 5 minutes from the mountain, with the area's best restaurants and pubs located within minutes. The complex has its own restaurant with fine dining and bar on-site called 'Scribner Hollow.' We take pride in offering a clean, comfortable, and private modern townhome, which features a great room for excellent get-togethers and two bedrooms. This will accommodate 4 people. The kitchen comes well equipped along with a sliding door to the front balcony, with plenty of parking. So whether you like to ski, swim, hike, have a romantic weekend, or just spend quality time with family and friends- this is the vacation rental to choose from!

What a beautiful spot. The view out the front of the house is beautiful,. The house was clean ,kitchen was well supplied with all you would need. We went to th Hunter October fest ,less than a 5 minutes we were there.Sonia is a great host . The house is great.

Skiing Weekend

Was the perfect stay for a boy’s trip to Hunter Mountain. 4 of us stayed comfortably in the space and the proximity to the base of the mountain made it easy to get to the parking lot early and hit the first chair! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

Very, very clean unit, awesome location, plenty of firewood. Owner was very quick to respond and very nice. I highly recommend and would stay again. Not the most modern place but because of the location and cleanliness it’s 10!!!!!

Great place for our family ski trip!!

Super close to the slopes! We enjoyed the location and the view! Our family had such a great time staying here. We skied during the day and relaxed and played games at night. Plenty of room for our family of eight. I enthusiastically recommend this property!

Place is very convenient to Hunter Mountain. It was a huge relief to have our own little "base camp" close to the mountain and everything else. Sitting outside in the morning with coffee and a wonderful view of the mountain was a pleasure. Host is accessible by phone and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great Stay

Stayed here over thanksgiving weekend. Condo was perfect for 3ppl. Kitchen was big enough to make light breakfasts. Condo is facing the mountain so you cant beat the view. Complex road getting to condo is pretty awful but that has nothing to do with my rating. We requested a last minute change and the owner was super helpful in allowing us to change or plans during our stay. For what we used this condo for it met all our needs and we plan on returning in the future.

Great ski accommodations

First time skiing Hunter Mountain and the Catskills. What a great VRBO find. Condo was so close and the view of Hunter Mountain from the condo was just perfect. 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6, but one bathroom may make that challenging. My boyfriend and I (the other couple could not make it) arrived Thursday night and check in was easy, key code entry. Accommodations were clean and welcoming. Very quiet area. One minor oversight, we wish there was a snow shovel available to clear the snow in front of the entry. But, will pack one for next time. Recommend this VRBO for a great ski adventure close to Hunter Mounter and local restaurants without hesitation. Thank you for a great weekend.

This was a great place to stay for a winter escape. The unit is conveniently located just down the road from Hunter Mountain; which made our trips to the mountain stress free! The view is great and Dennis was very easy to work with. I highly recommend!
