Our listing clearly states that there is “coin laundry”, and we do not advertise a private washer and dryer inside the home itself. When this misunderstanding was brought to our attention, we went above and beyond to accommodate you—despite your demand for a full refund, which we could not honor mid-stay. In an effort to resolve the issue, we arranged and paid for laundry service at our own cost, even though this was not part of the original agreement. The service was completed and returned to your group as requested. Only afterward, and unexpectedly, you left the property without paying the agreed-upon bill for the additional laundry services—a cost we covered to avoid further conflict. Vrbo later chose to credit you out of their own goodwill, which was their decision, not an admission of fault on our part. While we always aim to provide clear communication and hospitality, we also have a responsibility to protect our property and business from misleading claims and behavior that takes advantage of our willingness to help.
