Belle maison de 3 200 pieds carrés dans les avenues a été récemment rénovée et a mis à jour la cuisine, salles de bains et A / C. Les commodités modernes se marient avec une touche historique. L'emplacement privilégié entre l'université et le centre-ville permet de se déplacer facilement dans la vallée de Salt Lake. La maison est à distance de marche de Smith (épicerie) et des restaurants locaux. Vous êtes à quelques minutes de la vie nocturne du centre-ville, du palais des congrès, de l’Université de l’Utah, de Lindsay Gardens et de Liberty Park. Les transports en commun se trouvent également à 20 mètres de la porte principale. This was great for our family Christmas! The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and the giant dining room table was great for dining and games. The bedrooms were well appointed and we had plenty of bedding and towels. Dave was extremely responsive with any questions we had. He was even open to us putting up a live Christmas tree.

Great place to stay on short notice!

Our daughter was admitted to Primary Children's hospital, and we needed a place to stay. This home was close, but it was also really nice! It's beautiful, clean, well stocked, and with a really great location. We would definitely stay here again (though hopefully in different circumstances).

A beautiful home enhanced the visit

We had visitors from out of town stay here instead of staying at a hotel and this made their visit so much more enjoyable! Most had never been to Utah so to stay in a lovely historical home elevated their experience. The hosts were easily accessible and accommodating. The home was beautiful and had everything they needed to enjoy their stay. So much room that one of the guests led a yoga session for everyone each morning!

Top Notch

I highly recommend this house if you are in the area. Everything was clean, beds are comfortable, house is well stocked and beautiful. Backyard was a delight, we sat out by the fire every night visiting. Perfect location!! We just loved our stay.
