The master has an adjustable king bed with remotes. 3 other large bedrooms have 14" King cooling gel foam mattresses. The queen has a 3" foam topper. Den has a futon & 3 Twin Hide-a-mats. New washer/dryer.
Parties and large gatherings are not allowed in this house or in this neighborhood. The neighborhood watch will call the police if there are more than 12-15 people and/or more than 5 cars there or if they feel there is a safety issue.

Up to 3 cars are allowed on the road in front of the house.

Notify the host if any damage occurs or if something breaks or stops working. There are some complimentary bathroom supplies provided.

The kitchen is stocked with amenities including a Keurig coffee maker and some complimentary brew packs. There is a full spice rack. Please keep them in the kitchen.

Do not remove yard equipment and other supplies in the cabinets in the basement garage.
