Guest access
As our guests you have access to the entire condo minus 2 owners closets. You also have access to the common areas as the rooftop pool & lounge area.

Other things to note
- We please ask you to respect your neighbours. Therefor loud music is not allowed.

- Parties or gatherings in the condo or common areas are not allowed.

- Ignoring the building rules can lead to a fine.

- We include a certain amount of electric (35 kwh/day), which should cover a regular use of electric for stays of 1-27 nights (unless otherwise specified). If you use more than this amount, there will be an extra charge of 7 pesos/kwh for the extra amount of electric used.
For stays of 28 nights or longer electric is not included and as our guest you will have to pay this at check out in cash (7 pesos per kwh).
We take a meter reading at check-in and check-out, which we will share with you. You can always ask us for an update during your stay or check the meter yourself, it is located right at the entrance of the building.

- This penthouse is located in a central location. Please be aware that noise from businesses around can be heard during certain hours of the day.

- Please be aware that in this moment the building does not have an elevator.
The penthouse can be reached by 3 flights of stairs.
