Bel appartement de luxe sur la célèbre 5ème avenue. Situé à l'extrémité nord de la 5ème avenue, entre les cafés, restaurants et magasins à la mode. Ce tout nouveau studio est à distance de marche de tout ce qui est passionnant et amusant à Playa. Comme il se situe dans la partie la plus récente de la 5ème avenue, vous êtes proche de toute excitation et suffisamment éloigné du bruit pour profiter du calme et de la beauté de Playa Del Carmen.

Cette unité est bien équipée avec tous les équipements modernes dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de vos vacances à la plage. Le toit offre une magnifique piscine à débordement d'eau salée surplombant la mer des Caraïbes. L'appartement est situé à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons des plus belles plages de Playa del Carmen.

Les clients disposent de tout l'appartement et peuvent utiliser le toit-terrasse et les meubles de jardin.

Le bâtiment a 24 heures de garde de sécurité à l'entrée.

Lots to do, great location

We stayed at Julie’s condo for 2 months this past winter. Her property manager Laura was fantastic with answering our questions and checking in with us every so often. We really loved the condo with the openness, the decor and having a kitchen to do our own cooking. We did find there were so many great restaurants within a 10 minute walk to go to if you didn’t want to cook. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach or if you rather the rooftop pool area with a spectacular view of the ocean. Right out the door you can go right on 5th to many shops/restaurants or go left on 5th for a quiet walk as far as you want. Groceries stores/fruit markets are close enough to walk to. If we wanted to catch a taxi to head to the mall, etc it was easy to do on 10th Ave. The laundry service is right around the corner and gave day service for a very affordable price. There is a Sunday market 2 blocks away and a Friday market 3 blocks away. We never ran out of things to do or restaurants to try out. Check out the Ah Cacao Chocolate Cafe for your morning coffee. The condo deserves a 5/5 rating but our stay was a 4/5 due to construction noise in the neighborhood. Overall we loved our stay at Julie’s condo and we would recommend it to anyone.

Just Perfect

I was down on a business trip for meetings with lawyers, accountant, the bank and sales agent. The property was just blocks from where I needed to meet. The property is clean, modern, comfortable, roof top pool and it is on 5th Av in Playa Del Carmen.

Best place to stay in Playa!

We have come to Playa several times and have never been quite happy with where we’ve stayed. This condo will now be our go to every time we visit. Super clean, ultra modern and surprisingly spacious for a studio...everything we could ever ask for. And absolutely the best location on 5th ave ...far enough from the super busy section but close enough to get there in just a few minute walk! Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect stay

Loved this condo and its location. The unit is beautifully decorated and very clean. Has a fully equipped kitchen with all the bells and whistles. Bed was super comfortable. View of the ocean from the balcony! The rooftop pool was just wow! Stunning views of the ocean and jungle from up there. Each time we were on the rooftop no one was up there so we felt like we had our own private rooftop. Since this unit is on the fourth floor, going to the condo to refill drinks was a breeze. As described in the listing, this property is located on 5th Avenue on the newer north end of town. Walk to your right from this location and you are in the midst of all the shops and restaurants. Walk to your left and you are headed to Punta Esmerelda about a one mile walk; a beautiful spot to hang and have cocktails. The owner is phenomenal and was a great resource for insider tips on what to do and where to eat. There is so much to see and do in Playa, its amazing!!!Her recommendations were spot on! Will definitely book this same unit again!! Don't hesitate book this unit!!!

Nice Condo, Good Location

This new condo was very comfortable and modern - exactly as the pictures show. Top floor unit with elevator in building. The location is very good, a few blocks from the high pedestrian traffic on 5th Avenue but close enough to be an easy walk. Lots of restaurants close by. We rented a car at the airport and had it for the week, there was lots of parking available on the street at all times. No fees for parking. The kitchen was very well equipped - stove top, microwave, blender, coffee maker, grater, all utensils you need - would have been nice to have a toaster. Tea towels & paper towels were not included, so pick some up when you get your groceries. There is a security person at the entrance to the building 24 hours per day which is nice - we felt safe at all times in the building and walking on 5th Avenue - the street is very well lit. Pool and roof top deck was up one flight of stairs (elevator available as well) which was great when you needed a drink refill. Pool area was nice to relax and cool down. There are only 4 lounge chairs (in addition to other seating) but they were available anytime we wanted. We were usually the only ones there. As listed in the description there is construction in the area and it is usually pounding on concrete as that is what the buildings are made of. Good news is that they don't start until 8:30 am. Some days there was lots of noise and not much other days. No complaints on that, it was nice to know in advance and we chose to book anyways. Great place, good value, we would stay there again.

Perfect location, beautiful & Comfortable!

This place is beautiful and so comfortable. We had everything we needed. WiFi worked perfect, which is a must have for me. The property manager Jorge, was very nice and helpful and the owner made sure we had the information we needed. The building has security at all times and that was great! OMG! and the Pool area on the roof was so nice, relaxing and with ample space to have drinks and a nice time with friends and family! This place was close to everything we need to get to. We went to Playa del Carmen for a wedding, and after the wedding we walked home. We visited all kinds of restaurants and even did a little shopping in a convenience store. Everytihng within walking distance. When we needed a taxi, we got help from the security or Jorge, to make sure we did not over pay. What a magical trip we had!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The reason why I love this property is the location. My condo is on 5th Avenue, but on the north end. The North end of 5th Avenue is very trendy with nice restaurants and shops but is quiet compared to the south end. Also the beaches on the North end are cleaner and nicer to visit. I absolutely love this area and I know you will too!
