The place was adorable. I didn't expect the "English flat" feel of the place, but found it adorable. I appreciated the bedroom on the first level for my 70 year old mother.

The stay was great! Perfect location. The main issues we had were the appliances. The water from the fridge came out hot? Also, it would leak all over the floor. This place says its sleeps 6 but comfortably (barely) it sleeps 4. The couch is extremely uncomfortable. The TV was one of the most confusing TVs we have ever used.

The home was as advertised! Very convenient to UW, downtown, and lots of great neighborhood restaurants and shops. The view from the roof is spectacular, as advertised. The beds were comfortable. As noted by another reviewer, there are two bedrooms and a pullout bed on the main-floor/kitchen. Easy walk to restaurants like the Olympia Pizza & Spaghetti House II, and great coffee at the Meowtropolitan (a cat cafe), and even Gasworks is just a mile away. Also close to great hikes.

Great location in proximity to campus and city. Love the deck looking at the city skyline. Pictures of properly reflect the cleanliness and quality of this place. For a 3-day weekend this is an outstanding place.

Like other reviewers have mentioned, this rental does not have three bedrooms despite the description stating that it does. The photos included with the listing include three bedroom photos, one is of the main bedroom and the other two are different angles of the second bedroom. The third bedroom is a listed as a pullout couch in the living room, which was quite confusing. Pros, the property was very clean and in a great location. However I recommend that the host adjust the listing to accurately reflect the rental.

Amazing View of Downtown Seattle

This was the perfect place to stay for us. We enjoyed the roof patio the most! Weather was perfect too. The homeowner was excellent at communication! Highly recommend.

Wonderful home and location. Just needed three bedrooms

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It was clean and beautiful and the location was fantastic. Host was extremely responsive. The only downside was the listing was for a three bedroom and it's actually a two-bedroom with a pullout in the living room. We had to buy a cot for our son to sleep in our room. Would stay again with less people!

Clean and Comfortable

This place was such an immaculate and comfortable place to stay during our quick trip to Seattle. Easy check in/ out. Host was accommodating, quick to respond and helpful. I always find my stays at home away from home pleasant if the place is clean. Felt like second home. No shoes are allowed in this house, which I found to be extra nice detail. I hope guests keeps shoes off and keep this place clean. Definitely will return for our next Seattle trip.
