NOTES
-To ensure a seamless check-in experience, guests are required to review and sign our standard rental agreement and complete a quick check-in form prior to arrival. This helps us comply with local regulations and provide the best possible stay.
-In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, the house is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera to monitor the driveway and the front entry, and an exterior camera facing the driveway on-site.
-Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee. This is detailed in the guest contract.

only. Use of indoor fireplace is prohibited
No RVs, campers, or camping trailers of any kind are allowed on the property
Please do not use our linens offsite (towels, sheets, throws, etc.), especially at the beach
Maximum of 2 pets per stay with additional pet fee. Pets must be leashed outdoors and are not
allowed on furniture
Minimum age of renter is 25 years of age
Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited
