Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

Enjoy endless coastline views from this corner villa on the fifth-floor face of the Windsor Court South building in Palmetto Dunes. Take in breathtaking panoramic views from the screened porch or one of the many balconies that can be found off the living room, dining room, main bedroom, and the second guest bedroom!

Entering this lovely villa the living room is bright and spacious, with gorgeous ocean views from the large windows. New furnishings include a leather sectional sofa and a flat-panel smart TV. The living space is open to the formal dining room, which boasts beautiful ocean views from large windows. The screened porch is located off the dining room and offers covered balcony seating. The kitchen is fully equipped and features gorgeous granite counters, custom cabinets, and brand-new stainless appliances. There is an adjacent breakfast area off the kitchen that has balcony access.

The main bedroom features a king bed with a renovated private bath, an oceanfront balcony, and a 50” flat-panel smart TV. The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, access to a newly renovated bathroom featuring a walk-in shower that shares access with the hallway, amazing ocean views from the large windows, and a flat-panel smart TV. The third guest bedroom features two twins, access to the large oceanfront balcony shared with the living room, a flat-panel smart TV, and a newly renovated private bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo.

Please note: A window and sliding glass door replacement project is underway at Windsor Court from September 2025 through March 2026. Please inquire with any questions.

Just the relaxing place we needed!

Luxurious condo for our family to unwind for a few days! It had every amenity we needed and more! The balconies were perfect for relaxing!

Windsor Court

Great Decks with Ocean Views. Very roomy condo, updated, comfortable furniture. Complex very nice with pool, hot tub and firepit. Enjoyed kayaking the lagoon, biking on the beach etc. there were lots of canonball jellyfish in water and on the beach which are harmless but un-nerving until we found that out.

Only issue we had was that the dishwasher broke our first night. The property manager was quick to respond and get someone out to check the issue however, the entire dishwasher needed replaced and it still was not replaced during our 2 week stay.

I was surprised to receive a phone call the day after check in to see how everything was. We were having trouble operating the televisions and they sent someone over to help us. Beautiful view, but beds need an upgrade

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything as described. Amazing view from this corner top floor unit. Master bedroom bed is incredibly squeaky - my wife and I kept each other awake all week whenever one of us rolled over. Twin beds are also both squeaky, and my kids kept each awake because of it. For such a nice expensive place; the beds should really be replaced. Would gladly stay again if they can replace and fix the beds!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow. I have been coming to Palmetto Dunes since the 1990s and this unit was one of the nicest by far. The views from every room are simply stunning. You can see down the beach for miles. And the long balcony that ran the length of the unit was protected from the wind and just perfect for sitting enjoying sunrises, sunsets or any other time of day. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out. And of course the beach access was unbeatable. Additionally, the management company, Island Time, was very easy to work with. I will definitely rent this place again.
