Spacious, duplex with two full baths, that sleeps up to ten.. High speed internet. Three TV's with Hulu, Disney+. Netflix, paramount, Peacock and ESPN+. Beautiful patio with BBQ grill. Just blocks from the intersection of I 35, Hwy. 69 and 87 th St. in Overland Park. Located in a working class neighborhood. The central location and easy access to major highways makes it a short drive to anywhere in Kansas City. Numerous great restaurants near by. Perfect for business or a family get away. Comfortable home and convenient location

This home was in a quiet neighborhood that was easy to get to everything we wanted to go and do. The home is older and in the process of being fixed up. It was a comfortable home and convenient location.

Nice for a family getaway

The neighborhood looks sketchy but didn't encounter any issues while there plus i care more about the inside than the outside. The inside is nice i have only minor complaints the exhaust fans are super dusty, the bathmat had a bad odor, no kitchen trash bags, and my sister didn't sleep comfortably on the bunk bed's. Overall i would stay here again.

Great location

This property was within distance of stadiums, museums, restaurants so it was great to be out and have a clean place with lots of room to stay at night. It was perfect for relaxing and visiting. The host had the kitchen stocked with coffee and snacks and grocery store was just minutes away. Although we didn’t need it, the property does have a washer and dryer so that would have been amazing if we stayed longer. Ms Tina was prompt in her responses and it was a very pleasant stay.

Overall my stay was pretty okay, other than the communication in the end ,when I made a complaint about stains in the master bedroom and downstairs bedroom. I would’ve appreciated better accommodations.

Plenty of space and close to lots of fun places

We had a small hiccup with an inaccurate address, but the managers fix the issue very quickly. The property was close to most everything, but there was a lot of garbage on the ground in the neighborhood. Despite that, the house was very clean and had plenty of room for my family. If there was ever an issue, the managers got back to us very quickly, and we appreciated that. The house was stocked with all the essentials we needed and there were plenty of beds. The on-site laundry was so convenient and we were very close to an Aldi for grocery shopping.

Perfect Location but really Run Down

Great location- beds sagging, old and very squeaky. Downstairs shower moldy, upstairs bathroom sink was stopped up. Entryway smells like urine. Pots and pans in terrible condition. Carpet not tacked down on stairs- trip hazard. Cars triple parked blocking street. Pictures on VRBO very deceiving. Burned down house nearby smells very bad. Great air conditioning.

FANTASTIC STAY

We cannot even begin to explain how pleased we were with our stay at this property! Everything was great, the house was even better than we could have imagined and very clean. There were sweet little touches throughout the home that left the impression that the owners really care about the folks that stay. I forgot my toiletries and was pleased to find they have shampoo, conditioner, and body soap readily available. Our children had the whole basement area to themselves and lots of memories were made. From watching movies together on the bunks, to playing games at the game table, they had a blast! The grill was an awesome feature and we enjoyed grilling out while staying. The best feature I found in the home was the mix of books, including Christian titles, and the Bibles we found in the dressers. It truly was an incredible time, we will definitely be back! Thank you to the owners for an amazing stay!

Not too bad

I don’t want to speak for the summer time, so I will give my experience on the winter. The rooms in basement do not get warm at all. The 2nd floor front bed room gets warm and the back room gets semi warm. We put the thermostat on 75 and the house wouldn’t get above 69. The kitchen water was white/cloudy with particles. I’m not going to knock them for that because I don’t know about the local water supply. Some of the beds had a lot of hair in them. I don’t want to nick pick, I just want people to be aware of these things if you’re going to book. It’s definitely a good place to lay your head, but it has some slight shortcomings. Check-in is seamless and the neighborhood is quiet/close to highway. I would recommend if it’s not the winter time
