Family Time

The location was perfect. It was quaint and charming and close to family members. Being at the end of the cul de sac was quiet and very refreshing with all the beautiful trees. Big backyard and a nice deck. The beds were comfortable. Nice size kitchen with a big refrigerator and well stocked. TVs in each bedroom and a large tv in the living room.

Family Mini Vaca

We stayed here for our mini vaca. It was perfect! The location was great for our plans. The house was the perfect size for all of us and was very comfortable! The hosts were wonderful! There was possible bad weather and they made sure we were aware and knew who to call if there was power outages! I would highly recommend staying in this house!

Great location and comfy beds

Although it was an older property, it suited our needs well - four 60 women who like to eat, shop and explore. The beds were comfortable and the towels were plush and plentiful. It was in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located to all we wanted to do. Nothing fancy but was everything we needed.

Let's Go VRBO!

This property was very clean. Our host was in constant contact. The location was perfect. There was a walking trail right outside the door. The house was nestled in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. Shops and restaurants were easily accessible by car. There was a very nice back deck that allowed for evening relaxation in nature. The yard was well kept with a fence for privacy.The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, glassware, and condiments.I would definitely recommend the property for a small family or a few adults needing a place to gather after a day of conferences or just exploring the area. Review of One-Month Stay at Vanessa's Property

The only issue I encountered was the odor; otherwise, everything was satisfactory, except for the garage, which I found to be a bit small.While the property is located in a cul-de-sac, it is situated near the highway, resulting in a significant amount of noise disturbance.

The house is older, but expected in that area of KC.

The overall stay was good. The house was older, but clean. Wasn’t there to entertain or for a modern stay. The purpose of the stay was to be close family and have a place close by to sleep while family is in the ICU at KU Med. The place served is purpose as needed.

Overland Park 💃 Comp

We stayed in this sweet little home with our entire family. We were in town for a dance competition. The home is very centrally located! We loved the ease of navigation through the area to get to places. The home has a great back yard area for kids to play and it is super safe too. The house almost seems secluded because it is at the end of the road. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed briefly at this location and it suited our needs. However, we were disappointed as we were unable to enjoy backyard due to having no furniture (despite listing showing furniture), the WiFi didn’t work, and we had issues with power loads in master bedroom (where a/c, lift bed, and as much as a charging cell phone caused failure). Lastly, auto gen messages through ap were untimely and didn’t feel super courteous. These are all very minor gripes and would still recommend the property. I would stay again at this property as property manager did acknowledge these things and I am sure they’ve been addressed. Still a four star property even with these minor issues (I just have to be 100% honest).

Good location

The place met our needs, however, one of the beds was secured to the wall so you could not get out of the bed from both sides. There was no porch furniture as shown in the picture. The garbage disposal, erupted and blew garbage all over the cabinets above the floor the walls… And there was no mop to clean it up so we had to use towels. The owner Offered to send maintenance, but by then everything was cleaned up and we use the plunger to clear the sink. Other than that, it was good

Quiet/Safe Neighborhood

This was our first VRBO experience and it did not disappoint. We will not be staying in hotels from here on out. We loved the very quiet neighborhood with easy access to a walking/bike trail. The home is very old so there is a little bit of uneven flooring and the smell is a little musty upon arrival, but the house is very clean! If there was one downfall, the bathrooms are very small! That is not a make or break for us and I still give it top rating due to the cleanliness of the home! The host was very responsive and gave some great recommendations for places to eat. Very close to grocery store, fast food, sit down restaurants, along with quick, safe drive to bigger attractions like the Zoo, Union Station, and SEA Life Aquarium. All of the things we came to KC for. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to KC!

Whether that's watching hilarious cat videos on YouTube before bed or building a Star Wars lego set non-stop for 6 hours on the weekend.
