Perched High in Vail | Forever View Retreat
Perched at the top of the Potato Patch neighborhood across from Vail Mountain, Forever View Retreat is a wonderful family retreat home. This multi-level duplex has great living spaces, dining capacity for everyone staying at the house at one table, and an expertly located hot tub for aprĂšs ski. But it is the views south to Vail Mountain and west toward Beaver Creek that are the true incentive to stay at this home!
Layout
This home is on four levels. When you enter through the front door, there is a large entryway. Heading downstairs from here, there is a small office/entertainment room on the third level. The next level down is the main level with the kitchen, living area, dining area and primary suite. The remaining three bedrooms and the family room, as well as the hot tub, are on the lower level. There is an elevator in the residence for guestsâ convenience.
Ski Access
The nearest bus stop is 1.5 miles from this home on the way to Vail. Or you can drive to either one of the village parking structures to gain access to the mountain. Both parking structures are about a 6-8 minute drive from the home.
HOME FEATURES
This property offers a spacious living area equipped with a flat-screen TV and gas fireplace, along with a formal dining area featuring a table for 12 guests. The kitchen includes an auto-drip coffee maker and breakfast bar seating for 5. Additionally, there's a family room with another flat-screen TV and gas fireplace, complemented by an elevator for convenience. Amenities comprise WiFi, a private outdoor hot tub, garage parking for 2 vehicles, a limited cooling system on the main and 3rd floors, a washer and dryer, and a gas grill.
This home was previously named Harmony Retreat.
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Colorado's mountain towns are busy with construction each spring, summer, and fall. This home is experiencing disruption from a nearby project. Give us a call to discuss current activity as it ebbs and flows. Rates have been reduced to accommodate inconveniences that may be present.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, from mid-November through mid-April.

In addition, the kitchens are stocked with coffee filters, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
