Amazing Lakefront property, Private Pool on Lake Monomonac at Tatum's Place

Escape to our stunning waterfront property on Lake Monomonac! With 200 ft of lake frontage, private boat docks, and a beach, it's the perfect year-round getaway. Enjoy spacious living with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and TWO fully equipped kitchen. Summer fun includes boating, swimming. In the winter, explore snowmobiling and skiing nearby. Nearby amenities and colleges make it ideal for families. Book now and experience unforgettable memories at our paradise by the lake!

More outdoor pictures to come. We are currently working on the landscape and pool. Pool available starting July 1, 2024.

Beautiful back yard to enjoy the summer evenings or even get married! We have two paddle boards and a double kayak with lifejackets provided. We have a fire pit for you to enjoy. Bring your own wood to roast marshmallows.

The pool is large, perfect to enjoy with your guests. Use as is or pay a little extra for heating the pool. Pool open Memorial Day- October 1.

5 bedrooms total- 3 bedrooms have a King size bed, Master has a king size bed and a Full over Full bunkbed, and 1 has full over full bunk bed. Living room has a pull out queen couch. Enough to sleep 14-16 guests! Two living rooms and two full size kitchens! A lot of indoor space to bring the whole crew.

SUMMER: Kayaks and paddle board are available for use from May 1-October 31, along with all sizes of life jackets. You may bring your own boat or jet ski. Or ask us a about our pontoon boat for rent! You are responsible for any required registrations for water crafts, boating or fishing licenses.

WINTER: Enjoy the lake in a whole different way! Bring your own snowmobile and have access to the lake and trails that connect to the main snowmobile trails. Enjoy skating and ice fishing right out your door and warm up at the outdoor fire pit. Ski mountains are just 20-30 minutes away! Wachussett Mountain and Crotched Mountain are two of the closest.

Rail trails in both MA and NH are right down the road to hike, bike, cross-country ski or snowmobile. Watchusett Mountain has beautiful skiing and is only 20 min away. Mount Monadnock - the most hiked mountain in the US is only 20 minutes away. Lots of cute New England towns that are fun to explore such as Peterborough and Keene. Farm stands, local farms with home made ice cream or pick your own berries, apples or flowers. Quaint shops that support local vendors. House was very clean and pictures do not do justice as to just how much room the home has. Multiple sitting areas with plenty of TV's. Beautiful dining room overlooking the lake. We had an ice fishing trip and walk-out access was very easy. Plenty of parking as well and lots of good food within minutes of the home.

The house was so spacious and accommodated our 4 generation family quite nicely for our Thanksgiving gathering. The view of the lake was spectacular! I can only imagine how fun it would be to stay here in the summer. Thanks for your quick responses Ashley. It was a pleasure to stay at your place.

Very nice house on lake with great pool area. Close to town, but not too close. Comfortable beds. Co-located and adjacent to other VRBO houses able to accomadate large family gatherings.

Mother daughter weekend

This place is amazing,two levels of living areas is key if you have a big group. We highly recommend this property. Ashley was very accommodating,she is a very good host. It did rain on our weekend on and off and the beautiful outdoor kitchen kept us nice and dry. We are hoping to return next year.Thank you again Ashley it was just perfect ,the pool heated was also amazing.
