Nice small studio apartment with separate bath and full kitchen. Off street parking is easy and you’re virtually in downtown Peterborough.

We had a great stay. The location was convenient, walking distance to Peterborough shops and restaurants. Mary Anne was kind enough to leave us a small rose bush as a gift for our anniversary.

Mary Anne was kind, quickly responded to questions, and her place had everything we needed. It was perfect for my husband, me, and our little one. Great location to take a stroll and located near shops and dining options. Will definitely book again when visiting our oldest at college!

The studio was perfect for our needs. In the heart of town, close by to everything. It's fully equipped with anything you might need. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows and bedding. Very convenient to start our day with a leisurely breakfast at home before we headed out for the day. Mary Anne was very helpful and gave us some great information about the area and helped connect us to a local businessman when we mentioned our need. We will definitely look to return when we are back in the area.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming lower-level apartment in Peterborough. The space was cozy, clean, and perfectly laid out—ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the area. The location couldn’t be better—close to everything. We loved the thoughtful touches throughout and felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Mary Anne was a great host! Studio apartment was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. Stores and restaurants right across the street in an amazing small town downtown! Mary Anne answered all our questions and made our stay for our niece’s wedding perfect and seamless! Thanks again!

Great stay for acccess to crotched mountain

Perfect!

Visiting my hometown with my partner and we couldn’t have had a more perfect place to stay. She called it “the sweetest little rental I’ve ever seen!” The ideal spot to enjoy the quant and picturesque Haven of Peterborough, NH.

Nice location in Peterborough, had problem with internet and tv functioning. It needs a nice comfy recliner or chair, there’s no real place to sit and relax. Overall it was pleasant.
