Lac Allatoona - Maison familiale avec lac et quai

Confortable, joliment meublé 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain. Super quai situé à environ 1 800 pieds de la propriété le long d'un sentier facilement suivi à travers Corps of Engineer's Land. Le Dock est dans l'eau toute l'année.

Quai imbattable - bain de soleil de 30 'x 30' avec deux tables, coussinets de jet ski, parapluies et chaises, beaucoup d'espace autour du quai, bonne baignade, grand coin salon sous le solarium. Dock est une pente douce de 1800 pieds à pied de la propriété qui prend environ 4 minutes.

Gardez votre bateau à quai ou louez notre bateau de ski Yamaha de 23 ". Vous pouvez également louer le jet ski Yamaha Waverunner.

La maison est joliment meublée avec deux lits king-size, un lit queen-size et deux ensembles de lits superposés dans la chambre des enfants. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Laveuse / sécheuse. Téléviseur à écran plat LED de 55 'avec lecteur DVD dans le salon et GRAND Wi-Fi. En bas des escaliers, nous avons une télévision à écran plasma de 42 "et une deuxième salle à manger dans la cuisine.

The house was just right for our group - enough space to be together, and enough space to be separated when we needed some quiet time. The dock and the lake are lovely and wish we could've spent more time on the water. Great communication with the owner as well!

The microwave in the kitchen died on the first day. The next day a countertop one was brought in. Very responsive. The walk to and from the dock was a bit more than we expected which was only tough on the hotter days. I thought it would be too hot on the dock since the water temp was pretty warm, but it was delightful. Made it worth the walk :)

My family of eight had a wonderfully comfortable stay at this property. There were plenty of beds for everyone, and the finished basement became our favorite hangout spot — we played countless games of pool and made great memories down there.Although most of our six‑day stay was rainy, we did get one beautiful sunny day to enjoy the fantastic dock and spend time kayaking on the lake. The setting is peaceful, wooded, and perfect for anyone who loves being close to nature. I also want to highlight the excellent communication with the host. We planned to grill on Mother’s Day, but the propane tank was empty. I reached out on Sunday morning, and the host responded immediately; within an hour, someone arrived to replace the tank. Truly impressive service and very much appreciated. I highly recommend this property to anyone who enjoys lakefront stays, being surrounded by quiet woods, and needs a comfortable space for a larger group.

Wonderful Lake House

This was our 4th year staying here and it gets better each time. The addition of the pontoon boat for rent made the stay perfect.

Great family time away

We enjoyed the house and the location. Had everything we needed for our stay and was close to the things we wanted to see- Atlanta, Roswell, Marietta. Access to the lake was great, house had fun games to play.

Family Staycation

Family Getaway

Good family getaway

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Loads of amenities in the house. Only possible criticism would be that the furniture and decors are kinda dated and the dock could use some love but don't let that take away from everything else.

Great Family Spot

We really enjoyed our stay. The house, dock and Lake were awesome. We liked the quiet neighborhood and would definetly rent again if in the area. The house was close to alot of restaurants and grocery stores. We ate in mostly and kitchen was nice and well stocked.

We've had the great fortune to have traveled all over the United States. Atlanta is such a great location to call home, particularly because of Lake Allatoona. We can't get enough of the lake and feel so fortunate to have it in our backyard - swimming, boating, relaxing, fishing - there is just something magical about being on it.

We love the lake. We love that Allatoona is so close and yet so amazing. With only a few properties and docks on the lake, we were very excited to find a property to call our own. This particular section of the lake is our favorite with the seeming endless undeveloped shoreline - it's a total escape from the craziness of everyday life.

We know you will also consider this 'Your family lake house' and be back over and over again.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The house is layed out so well to give everyone space. The woods trail to the lake makes it feel like a woods cabin as well as a lake house. With so few docks around ours, you feel like you own the lake. But it's also close to Downtown Woodstock, Emerson LakePoint Sports complex, regular shopping, outlet shopping, Blankets Creek Mountain Bike Park, etc.
