This home is better than the pictures. It is wonderful for families getting together. There is room for everyone, and the host has provided everything you could possibly need. I will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Lots of room for our group seven, very comfortable. Only critique would be the lack of a closet or wardrobe in the main level bedroom. It would also be nice to have a bedside table and lamp in each room.

We really enjoyed this house. It was very clean and perfect size for two families. Beds were comfy and plenty of towel, linens, silverware. Showers and sinks work well. However, I agree with prior review about the bed on the floor the towel holders in the shower being taped together and the knives being too dull. With just a few improvements it could be even better.

Perfect house for a large group!

We had a group of 8 (3 couples, 2 teens) stay and it was perfect. The family room was large enough to hang out in together and we all had our own rooms. The kitchen was great to cook in and the large dining room table was a bonus to all sit together. The outdoor deck was nice to hang out since the weather was great when we went. Communication with the owner was super easy and quick to answer to any questions. The area was quiet and we had no issues at all during our stay.

Great Experience

Definitely enjoyed the atmosphere and location of the property. It was very close to the conference center and allowed us the convenience of experiencing various restaurants in the area while having the opportunity to cook if deciding. The amount of restrooms was a plus having more than one woman in the house. Would have liked for the other guests to have a tv in their room. Inspire of the limited tvs, it was an absolute pleasure and would definitely recommend it and plan to stay again.

The house is very spacious, lacking efficient amenities. Basic wash cloths was not available, few broken towels handles in bathroom. Most importantly the curated coffee maker barely works. Interior decoration lack the homie feel.

Good stay

Overall we had a great stay and the house was good. A couple of complaints would be that the kitchen was lacking some of the tools needed to prepare meals. No cookie sheets and limited pots and pans. In comparison to other VRBO's that I have stayed at this one was very slim for kitchen amenities. Also the lack of TV's in bedrooms. The master was the only one to have a TV. This would be a cheap upgrade to the property.

Large House to use as Base for Family Visit

Our party was 9 family membors visiting family in DC for an extended weekend. The house is large, providing spacious accommodation for all of us. The building seemed quite new and the basement was still in the process of being finished and the back yard fencing was in the process of an upgrade. The furnishings were adequate but a bit minimalist and the kitchen, apart from three frying pans did not have enough pots, pans and dishes to actually do any cooking or entertaining. As we were only staying for a weekend, this was not an issue to us. Also, there was no BBQ which was a shame. Finally, there were only four bath towels for 9 people. These are easy to fix gaps which I'm sure the owner will address. We enjoyed our stay very much and would come back.
