Come stay in the recently renovated home in Falls Church, VA! Beautifully furnished and just a short drive from anything you'd like to get to, this home is a perfect landing spot for your trip in DC.

- 15 minutes to the National Mall
- 15 minutes to Amazon HQ2
- 20 minutes to DCA Ronald Regan Airport
- 10 minutes to Downtown Arlington
- 20 minutes to Old Town Alexandria
- 22 minutes to National Harbor

The unit is 2200sqft, with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully smart home equipped, with Smart Thermostat, Samsung Frame TV, and Verizon Fios internet. Fully furnished with new modern furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit LG smart washer and dryer. The bathroom is stocked with toiletries and towels, and the bedrooms have plenty of sheets and blankets. Five bedrooms hold a total of 6 beds, and the two couches can both sleep one comfortably. A desk with wide screen monitor is also available for working away from home! The basement has a pingpong table, plenty of board games for the family, and an additional 55" TV!

Private driveway can fit up to 5 cars. No street parking due to required resident permit.

Well-situated, convenient

Great fenced-in yard. Friendly neighborhood perfect for jogging & dog walking. Ample bedrooms and amenities provided by communicative host.

Great location! Nice property.

We rented this house for overflow guests during our wedding because it’s a short drive from our house. Charles was very responsive as a host and we had no issue getting into the property. The common areas are as pictured and nicely appointed. The backyard was well-groomed, massive, and would’ve been wonderful to enjoy if we had the time. The bedrooms had pretty basic furnishings and basic bed linens. We saw a couple spider webs but otherwise the house was immaculate. The only issue that the guests reported to me was that there was only one set of washcloth/towels in the house - although we booked for 4 guests (and had 3 guests stay in the house). Also, we couldn’t figure out how to change the tv channel.

Good communication

Charles was a good communicator and very prompt in responding. He was quick to resolve any issues we had. The space is great for families and there are several nice, thoughtful extras like a highchair and a stepstool for the bathroom. I would recommend a stay here. It was easy to take rideshare services into the city

Cozy home

This home was great stay for myself, and my family of 4. Cute modern home with enough space. Not a far drive to DC. The only recommendation I have is to add a note to the listing that there is a separate basement unit that is occupied by a tenant. I was unaware that there was a separate unit until I heard a man's voice the first night we were there. I reached out to Charles immediately and he then informed me that there was a separate unit and we shouldn't even cross paths. Which we didn't, so it was fine. Overall this was a great stay!

Great communication

The property was as advertised! Cozy 3 bedroom house in a calm and quiet neighborhood. The host was a great communicator as questions came up — very quick and helpful responses. Easy access to the Arlington, Falls Church and DC areas (among others). We even needed a pack and play for our toddler, so the host ordered one for us so that it would be there by the time we got there! That will be helpful for other families staying in the future. I would recommend for any families that want to stay in that area.

Great Little Home!

We had a great time on our recent stay! Beautiful, cozy home in a nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors! Close to the Metro, which made traveling into DC smooth and easy. Charles was a great host and responded quickly to any inquiries! He also was very accommodating of our request to shift our stay due to some unforeseen circumstances. Would recommend and enjoy staying again in the future!

Great Stay for DC tourists...

Nice House really close to to Washington. Dishwasher and Washing machine really come in handy. We used the car to get to the National Mall and the surrounding sights. Preordered Parking in one of the garages. Metro or Lynk/Uber would work fine also.

Great House , great host!

Charles was a great host! Very prompt with responses and accommodating. the interiors are nice, clean and modern. We had a little bit of trouble because of some issues with the cleaning folk on our first night, but Charles accommodated us well and gave us a partial refund for it. All in all a great stay.
