Great location and access to EVERYTHING.

We rented boats and went to Branson Landing as well as 76 HWY. Easy back roads or highway access to all.

Loved the house. Nightlights in a few spots would have been helpful with littles in the middle of the night.

Great Home away from Home

Sweet Magnolia was perfect for our family of five. The pool was perfect for hot days and was utilized daily. The kitchen had most of the basics we needed and the beds were comfortable for all. If we are even in the area again we would be happy to stay again!

So comfy

This space is so perfect!!!! The rooms are so nice and comfortable. Great common space for hanging out. Location is close enough to things to do but still out of town which we like so much! Highly recommend!

Great Location

Great location and size. Water does have a very distinct smell that wasn’t originally disclosed. Other than that, everything was great!

Location is everything!

It has everything that a family needs to enjoy a week long vacation together! Enough space for my kids (16, 13, 9) and pet to have their own space but also plenty of space to enjoy dinner/movies together. The hot tub amazing and the indoor pool was very nice. We enjoyed the rest of the neighborhood as well playground, putt putt greens and pickle ball court. The unit has everything we needed and plenty of towels etc. 15 minutes from EVERYTHING but super close to the lake. We would definitely stay again.

Great home

My daughters and I had a great time here. We enjoyed the space. One thing I would caution is this property came up in my search for places with a hot tub which is not included at this property. We were disappointed about that but the house was nice and roomy. The area is very quiet which was wonderful.

Overall good stay

The property was exactly as described and was very clean. My family enjoyed the pickle ball courts to wind down in the evening, however, were disappointed that the pool was out of commission as that was one of the main reasons we chose this place. We will book again and hope everything is on working order.

I will never stay here again. It was a nice and clean house. They didn't have it well stocked at all. There was no dressers in any of the bedrooms. They didn't have enough towels. I had to wash them everyday and there was only 3 of us. They didn't have a dish towel or dish rag for the kitchen. They only had 4 dish washing pods (we was there for 2 weeks). The ironing broad was only one of those small ones that you have to sit on the counter or table. A hotel has a regular size ironing broad. Why couldn't this place? I've stayed at air B & B's before and they had plenty of everything you need.
