Our entire home and all the listed amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.
Other things to note
PLEASE respect our neighbors. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Noise travels in the thin desert air. No outside noise after 10pm.

Pet fee is $40 each. Please let us know if you will be brining more than 1 pet. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets. Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture due to allergy and hygiene reasons. If there is excessive pet hair left in the unit, an additional of $75 cleaning fee will be charged.

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY use hot tub at your own risk. You will be charged a $400 draining fee if you put any soaps or powders in the hot tub. No jumping, diving, running or rough play near the hot tub area. No glass in the hot tub for your safety.

In an effort to maintain a secure premise, the house is equipped with 2 exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras inside.

We don't offer refunds for weather, park closures, changes in travel itinerary, or mismanaged expectations. Please make sure to check our cancellation policy prior to booking, and avail of your own or travel insurance.
