Located in YOTEL Miami, the compact yet stylish Premium Queen room can accommodate up to two guests. YOTEL features have been carefully crafted for relaxing, working or sleeping and include a range of modern, tech-forward benefits.

Enjoy the perks of the signature YOTEL SmartBed that goes from an upright couch position to a full-sized queen bed at the touch of a button. Power up at the workdesk or charge multiple devices on the many USB ports located within arm’s length. When it’s time to relax, set the tone with a range of colorful mood light options or cast your favorite shows from your phone onto the TV. Luxurious shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand and body lotion are provided by YOTEL’s amenity partner Urban Jungle
Guests will be responsible for a mandatory $35 facility fee, which includes benefits designed to perk up your trip, including:

Nice place but wouldnt book again.

This is a nice hotel but the fact that im paying to stay somewhere and parking is not included is the most ridiculous thing ive ever heard of.

Really Clean, Trendy and Reasonable

Walking into this room I had to adjust my expectations. It's not a regular hotel room. It felt like a studio apartment. But what is hard to get around is the amazing nightly price for a place that feels safe, modern, classy and close to everything! We didn't need a ride anywhere-my conference, restaurants, a coffee shop, a gym, not even evening entertainment, not even the water! I will definitely come again and will now be better prepared to not have to prepare as this area has everything I need.

Terrible Hospitality

This was a terrible stay. Paola and Dwain working at the front desk were extremely rude the second I arrived to check-in, after 4:00, so I wasn’t even there asking for an early check in. They gave us attitude when the couldn’t find our reservation that I clearly had a confirmation of when I arrived. They told us we had to call VRBO to get it sorted out and when we contacted the host through the app, the number was for Yotel Miami. Then our room was magically ready and when we got up there the room was atrocious. The AC was not cooling, the flooring was popping up everywhere, no towels and the bed was rickety. It is safe to say the money we paid was absolutely insured for the hospitality we received. We will never be staying here again.

Description/Photos Not Accurate

I do not recommend staying at this place. The photos they provide of your room in the listing make the place look way bigger than it actually is. The room is a box and you basically sleep on a rickety pull out couch as a bed. The people working the front desk are extremely rude and condescending. If you can’t be a kind, genuine person, then don’t be in the hospitality field, plain and simple. Paola and Dwain B were extremely unprofessional and rude all because they could t take two seconds to figure out the issue on their systems end because I clearly had a reservation and confirmation in my end. I will never stay here or eye comes this place to anyone.
