Small room, awesome location for cruises.

Easy check in/out. Attentive staff. Clean. Other places in same area were easy double the price, but this is no frills. No hairdryer. Bathroom is pretty much in the room, which was a little weird, but no big deal for hubby and I. Easy walk to Bayfront Park. Would come back.

We arrived at 5:00 and they said we did not have a reservation. Even though I had the email and confirmations, they told me they could not do anything and I said well I’ve paid for it so they kept looking and realized it had put in for July 7 and eighth. Even though my confirmation said June 7 and 8th. They had to call management and finally got us a room around 730.

Inaccurate

The listing says you'll get queen beds, you do not you get two twin beds. The photos of the room are incorrect as well, you do not get a balcony or a living room or even a one bedroom. You get a studio hotel room with 2 twin beds that share the shower and bathroom within that same room and are only separated by glass panels. If you try to have it changed they wont help you. Terrible experience in my opinion and false advertisement.
