Limit 2 pets per reservation. Pet fee of $45 per pet, per night applies.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

This property was great and very close to main st and wonderful shopping. The property is also very close to wonderful hiking options like cross mountain and enchanted rock! We absolutely loved the heated cowboy pool with the chilly nights. We definitely would recommend this house for anyone looking to enjoy the Fredericksburg area!

Fantastic home away from home!

Great weekend with a friend

Great Location and Lovely Home

This rental was a great location, close to downtown and to all the things we were wanting to attend. It was a lovely home with large bedrooms and the fenced in yard was a nice convenience for our dog. The neighborhood was also good for daily walks with our dog. We would definitely rent here again.

This house was perfect for my friend & my retreat! We loved the house and the neighborhood was quiet. The bedrooms were VERY spacious. The living room was perfect to spend a lazy Saturday. We wished we’d had more time to enjoy to cute back patio & hot tub. We would certainly stay here again.

Clean, thoughtful, cozy place

We will be back! This home was super clean, with expansive bedrooms and thoughtful features. The backyard was perfection for our small dog, as the fences were well kept and the backyard graded so no “escape holes” were present. The neighborhood was quiet yet w walking distance to the Main Street.

Spacious and clean

We absolutely enjoyed our time at this property. Large rooms with heating and cooling and plenty of ceiling fans. We arrived late and were greeted by lights so it wasn't too dark. Beds were comfortable and there were closets in each bedroom to accommodate hanging clothes. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. We enjoyed watching the various Roku streaming services on the holiday when everything was closed. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

But this VRBO is a Beachfront Brain, a Surfing or golfing Athlete, a Relaxing Basket Case, a Luxe Princess, and a "Local" Criminal.The Brain is the incredibly well-equipped kitchen. It has everything needed, from coffee makers to beach coolers.The Athlete is the location. Steps from beaches perfect for catching waves and soaking in the sun.The Basket Case is the sheer tranquility. The space is quiet and peaceful, allowing worries to melt away.The Princess is the comfort and luxury. Plush beds, thoughtful decor, amazing ocean views, and enough space to feel like royalty.And the "Local" Criminal... well, that's you, because you'll want to stay here forever, and that's against the rules, isn't it?This review began with the intent to simply list amenities.
