Great property

This is a very nice unit. We liked how it is close to the pool and the parking is right out front. The interior looks just like the pictures. We hope to rent this unit again. Waikoloa Village is a good spot for us because we don't like resort crowds or crowded beaches that are right on resorts. It is also a fairly central location - close to Kamuela and to the Hamakua Coast; not far from Kona; close to North Kohala. The KTA Market nearby is great. The pool in this unit is also very nice. The property manager is terrific and greeted us in person when we arrived.

Perfect for families

This condo fit my family of 4 perfectly. Our 8 & 10 yr old shared the pull out couch in the living room. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Fenced in pool is literally steps away from the lanai yet noise wasn't an issue at all. Very quiet, beautiful grounds.

Private Getaway in Waikoloa Village

We were really thrilled to spend our second week on the Big Island at this beautiful condo in the Waikoloa area after spending our first near Kailua-Kona. We found it had everything we needed for our stay, and is so thoughtfully and tastefully put together. It was hard to know ahead of time how convenient the location would be, being slightly inland from the coast. But it was not an issue at all to get to some of the best beaches on the island. In about 15 to 20 minutes you can be at A- Bay, Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani and Hapuna beach. With Spencers Beach and Kikaua point beach in just over 20 mins. We really enjoyed the Lanai in the mornings and evenings and found it to be private despite it being a few steps from the pool. Some really well thought out hedging makes for a complete screen, so there are no sight lines in or out. I enjoyed the sunsets through the trees on the golf course. The pool seemed to be unused during the day and the whole complex was really very quiet for our whole stay. We would definitely stay here again. I cant wait till we can return to the Big Island.

Wonderful stay

The property is very well appointed. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything was clean and organized. The instructions are easy to follow and the owners very responsive to question. We would love to come back again.

Great Location

Right by the pool! Love the views. Nice kitchen to cook our meals. The kids preferred eating in. There’s a great grocery store nearby with lots of delicious meals too. We really enjoyed our stay here.
