Fully furnished recently upgraded unit with large wrap-a-round lanai.
Roomy master bedroom with lanai access
Includes a covered parking spot right below unit.
Fishing right out your door with a fish cleanng station.
Gas grill with gazebo close to the water.
Across the street are pickle ball and tennis courts along with bocce ball and walking paths.
Large swimming pool with exercise room and shuffle board scheduled to be completed by mid March.

The crockery, cutlery, pans, oven tray and cupboard under the sink were all dirty. There wasn't a toaster or iron supplied, so I had to buy them.. I had to buy some sharp knives and chopping boards. The vent on the microwave fell off. The light and fan on the lanai didn't work. There was a cold weather snap while I was there and the heating in the condo came on, and the smell was terrible and it set the smoke alarm off for a short time, which was quite frightening. I spoke to the owner shortly after arriving as the wifi information hadn't been provided, who told me that a friend of his was looking after the condo in Florida, as he lives in Illinois. The only thing I can say is that the friend isn't making a very good job of it.
