Perfect Long Beach Stay

Perfectly located across the street from the beach, Edwin's property is exactly what my family and I wanted. Enough room for 2 adults, 3 teens and a toddler. Beautifully ronovated, short walking distance to town and the best view of the ocean from the master bedroom and living rooms. Edwin was great as far as communication and very welcoming. We look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful condo and beautiful location

This property was completely remodeled recently and is not only beautiful inside but also very comfortable. The condo has an unobstructed view of the ocean and is within 1/2 block of the boardwalk and beach access. We had a group of 5 adults and the space worked great for us. The owner is very responsive to any questions and check-in and check-out are very smooth. We would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and clean apartment in Long Beach. The apartment is conveniently located in a calm neighborhood with unblocked views of the ocean, short walk away from the LIRR train station (55 min train ride to Penn Station in Manhattan), and close to many restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment had everything we needed, and the kitchen/dining room/living room area was perfect for the 4 of us to hang out. There were always open parking spots right in front of the apartment, which was really practical.

The front stairs are steep. The offering of the property should indicate the apartment is 2 flights up. Otherwise it was a very nice experience. Excellent communication by the owner.

I can't give accurate ratings because we didn't stay in the house. When I landed at JFK the host asked me to call him and said that we couldn't stay there because of a leak. He said he would put us in another property he owns that in his words was better. I paid for a beachfront property with ocean view and an outdoor terrace. The property we ended up in was several blocks away from the beach, no terrace, no ocean view. It was clean, functional, but not what we paid for. We flew from London, it was late, and we were to be joined by my family and 1 year old granddaughter, it was impossible to find anything else that evening. I had no choice.Host initially said we could stay an extra night on him to compensate, but later backed out. He did allow us a later check out. I asked to see the original advertised property, he refused. The property we stayed in was OK, it was spacious and clean and functional. I am afraid I have become very cynical recently having been scammed in multiple ways. I can't prove this is a scam but the whole situation makes me suspicious. Does this host actually own a beachfront property? Does it exist? He sounds very nice on the phone, but so did the others who scammed me! My advice, don't book this place.
