William for very courteous and helpful. He welcomed us at the property and was very responsive to our requests. Maggie at the front desk was also very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location, great little pool!

Stayed here for three nights. All employees were very friendly. Townhouse was clean with great beds.

Awesome location

First time staying on Islamorada, and it did not disappoint. Wish i stayed longer than 3 nights. The sister property (a short shuttle ride away), had a big resort feel. With its pool, pool bar, tennis and pickle ball courts, restaurants etc, made us feel like we were in a Caribbean resort.The Bayside had a more family friendly atmosphere, with a relaxing pool overlooking the water. Rooms were spacious and comfortably furnished. The location was a short drive or uber to Robbie's for dinner, fishing boats, and sand bar tours.

Overall liked the stay. Great location. Would return. Use of Islander resort was a definite positive. The unit we stayed was close to the road and road noise at night and early AM was a factor. No where to hang clothes or towels in bedroom or bathroom. Closet in each bedroom had a TV hanging. Bedrooms were taken up almost entirely by the bed which seemed too large for the room. In future if we return, we would book a 2 full bath unit away from the road.

The pictures do not accurately represent the property. The property is older and more run down in person. Check-in was difficult and the invoice given at check-in was different than what was charged to our credit card. On the 3rd night we came home to a steady stream of water coming from the bedroom ceiling that ruined a pair of our shoes. We were told this was just a “minor” problem.Please learn from our experience and do not stay at this property
