Our home is centrally located, making it the perfect launchpad for exploring Oklahoma City. You're just minutes from the vibrant Uptown and Paseo Arts districts, with quick highway access to get you anywhere you need to go. Many great local spots are just a short drive away:

You will have complete and private access to your entire studio unit (Unit B). For your privacy and safety, please do not access the other unit on the property, storage areas, the attic, or the basement.

Whether you’re in town for school, work, or exploration, you'll have everything you need for a practical and cozy stay.

- Work & Dine: A dedicated table provides a great spot for meals or catching up on work with our reliable high-speed WiFi.
- Refresh: The private bathroom features a modern walk-in rainfall shower.
- Kitchenette: Prepare simple meals and coffee using the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Please note, this unit does not include a stove or oven.

*Clean, comfortable duplex unit with great lighting and a strong shower — fully private inside, with central heat and cooling (extra blanket or fan available on request).

The neighborhood is very walkable, with several dining and coffee shops just a stroll away. You will have a dedicated parking spot on the right side of the property's driveway. Please be mindful not to park on the left side, as it is reserved for the other unit.

- Property Type: This is a unit in an older duplex that shows some signs of wear. It is a simple, practical space, not a luxury hotel. The affordable price reflects this.
- Backyard Access: For your safety, the backyard is strictly off-limits. The area is occupied by a neighbor's dogs.
- Climate Control: The unit is cooled and heated by a central HVAC system. The thermostat is not in the unit, so please contact us to adjust the temperature to your comfort. An extra blanket or fan is available upon request.
- Laundry: For guests staying 30 days or more, shared washer and dryer access is available.
- Potential for Noise: As this is a duplex, you may occasionally hear noise from the neighboring unit or barking dogs.
