The County+Modern Cottage is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in the heart of the Plaza Art District. The cottage boasts a modern design with high-end finishes and amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, and Wi-Fi. The property also includes a private parking spot. We are only a 10-min. drive from Oklahoma City Mid Town, Downtown, the Asian District, Paseo District, Fair Ground, OU Medical Center and Ok school of science and mathematics (OSSM). 17-min drive Tinker AFB, FAA.
The space
The master bedroom features a queen bed decorated by a designer, with a 55” Samsung TV and privacy curtain for a comfortable and private stay. The second room has a full-size bunk bed for young ones to enjoy a good night's sleep.

Step outside and take a short walk to NW 16th St, where you can enjoy coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, boutique shopping, yogurt, ice cream, pie, art galleries, wineries, local beer, florists, or watch a show at the Lyric Theater.

We are excited to share with you the charm of the Plaza District. Our street, NW 15th, is peaceful and quiet, and we hope you'll enjoy a refreshing drink of your choice on our front porch. Just a short 5-minute stroll away, NW 16th is where you'll find the Plaza's vibrant shops, restaurants, and bars. We hope you have a wonderful stay with us! We are an Native/American Indian and woman-owned business and appreciate you booking with us. If you get a chance, visit our First Americans Museum which honors our Native tribes/nations and culture.

Everything was just as described. It was located walking distance to the Plaza, yet it was quiet, so you got the best of both worlds. The house was clean and met all of our needs. I would stay again!

My stay was Awesome from the initial contact with the host to the final checkout. The location was a short walk to restaurants and stores. The house was clean and very welcoming. I’m looking forward to staying here again on my next visit to OKC.

This house was neat and well-appointed. The check in process was smooth. Please note that the bathroom in the master bedroom is super small. There was a methane smell coming from the kitchen sink, but putting the stopper in the sink stopped it. Be prepared to pay for insurance at checkout. There is not an opt out. Overall, it’s a good house but there are issues to consider.

I was recomended to stay near the Plaza by local friends. Having been away from Oklahoma for 15 years, I was not privy to the area anymore. The home itself is very nice and comfortable but its definitely located on the edges of a rough neighborhood that is “up and coming”. I think it will be good for most and we felt mostly safe being two adults but id be more careful with kids. Its really near the roughest area of downtown OKC but every other home is rennovated and you can tell effort is being put in to improve the area.The home is very walkable to the Plaza and Concrete Cowboy which had amazing coffee. My friend described the Plaza as “upscale hippie” with artsy/indie vibes with a musical flair. Kind of a younger crowd but we are older and found something to like. Lots of good restaurants/bars/shopping nearby.The home itself was spacious for a small family and two bathrooms and a yard with off street parking was really nice. Being centrally located to everything OKC was also nice. You are 10 mins away from any tourist hot spots like Bricktown, automobile alley, botanical gardens…etc. Host usually responded fast although was short on words. Checkin was super easy and house was super clean. Thank you

He works in the computer science field. We enjoy spending time in the Plaza District! Our daughter loves pistachio ice cream from Roxy's and we all enjoy breakfast at Aurora and pizza from Empire Slice House. We hope you enjoy Oklahoma City, the area, but mostly our home!
