The Space:

You step into a simply designed paradise where the hum of everyday life fades and the comfort of home takes over. Sunlight filters through the first‑floor windows, inviting you to unwind on a small patio built for two, while the spacious living area beckons the whole family to gather. The scent of fresh coffee from the breakfast nook mingles with the gentle buzz of nearby trails, setting the tone for relaxed days and easy evenings.



Sleeping arrangements

Four queen bedrooms each open onto its own full bathroom, giving every guest privacy and a restful night’s sleep. The queen beds provide ample space for couples, parents, or friends traveling together.



Living space & outdoor living

The large living room comfortably seats the entire group, perfect for movie nights or board games. A small patio with outdoor seating for two offers a quiet spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Community amenities include a pool, clubhouse lounge, basketball court, and walking/biking trail with a grill, all just steps away.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen is stocked with everything needed for simple meals, from pots and pans to basic utensils. The breakfast nook provides a cozy corner for casual meals, while a dedicated dining area lets you sit down and share larger gatherings.

A free washer and dryer keep linens fresh throughout your stay. The unit is on the first floor, making it easy to come and go. A nearby gym offers additional fitness options beyond the on‑site fitness center.

Located in Lutz, the home sits just five minutes from the University of South Florida, eight minutes from MOSI, and eleven minutes from Busch Gardens Tampa. Nature lovers will appreciate the ten‑minute drive to Takomah Trail Park and the thirteen‑minute drive to Lettuce Lake Park, both offering scenic walking and biking paths.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (maximum $150 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not oversee their operation, cleaning schedule, availability, or maintenance. Access to these amenities is subject to the community’s own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
