Beautiful Retreat

This property had it all, beautiful surroundings in the pines. The place was well-maintained and very clean. The host/owner was very responsive on all communications. everything you would expect from a top quality host. It had a well stocked kitchen with quality utensils, i.e. pots and pans, silverware, etc.. we would definitely stay there again on future visits to the White Mountain area.

Peaceful and Serene - 10/10 absolutely recommend

Lots of natural light. We had a great time. The location and proximity to the forest were wonderful. Evan was a great host and seems to really care about his guests' experience. We will be coming back for sure.

Great place, great host!The rental is super clean, located in a great part of Pinetop (can walk into a National Forest), and Evan, the host, is awesomely communicative, thorough, thoughtful, and detail-oriented in his duties as host. Strongest recommendation for this place and this host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We were particularly impressed by how well represented the place is by its photos (I thought it looked just like the photos in person and my girlfriend thought it looked even better in person than the already impressive photos). Also impressive is how detailed and thoughtful Evan has been in his thinking about hosting. The rental is well set up with streaming services, good quality cookware and knives, and an array of coffee-making options (French press, pour over, drip, etc). So nice!

Escape the heat

Great location and property for the two of us to escape the heat to the pines. Well situated with everything we needed. Enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and long hikes inti National Forrest from just outside our door. We had zero Issues but the host was available and checking in to make sure we were happy.

Luxurious and spacious- better than most

100% would recommend. By far MUCH better than other short term rentals we’ve stayed in the past. Everything we needed surrounded by natural beauty. Felt like home with high end touches, not cheap lumpy furniture. Between the very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, natural light and wonderful deck we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Best Townhouse in Pinetop

Easy to book, and was replied back very quickly for questions that I did have. Slept 5 people super comfortably. Did not disappoint, good location just outside of town, but not too far away. Few miles from the casino as well. Plenty of garage space and having an additional space really helped. The house was very spacious for 5 adults so we were never on top of each other. Plenty of things to do nearby and the neighbors were also very friendly and welcoming. Definitely will stay here again!
